شركة Sartorius، الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحيوية، تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير فريق المتخصصين في التطبيقات (Application Specialists) - الشرق الأوسط، في السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تطوير وقيادة الفريق المحلي لتقديم خبرة تقنية عالمية المستوى تدعم نمو الأعمال ونجاح العملاء والتميز التجاري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام المعرفة التقنية والخبرة العملية لدعم فريق المبيعات والمتخصصين في تقييم فرص العملاء، وتحديد الاستراتيجيات التقنية، وتعظيم نمو الأعمال من خلال التجارب/العروض التوضيحية الناجحة وتنفيذ الحلول.
- إنشاء وتوحيد عمليات التجارب/العروض التوضيحية لضمان تنفيذ تقني عالي الجودة وتعظيم التحويل من مرحلة التقييم إلى النجاح التجاري.
- إنشاء إجراءات تشغيل معيارية (SOP) لتركيب العملاء وتدريبهم لتحسين تجربة العملاء وتبني الحلول والرضا طويل الأمد.
- تطوير وتدريب المتخصصين في التطبيقات لدى الموزعين عبر الشرق الأوسط لضمان دعم تقني متسق وتجربة عميل موحدة.
- تخصيص وتحديد أولويات موارد فريق المتخصصين في التطبيقات عبر المناطق بالتعاون الوثيق مع رئيس المبيعات لتعظيم الأثر التجاري والتوافق مع الأولويات التجارية.
- قيادة حل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة للعملاء وحالات التصعيد، وضمان تقديم دعم مهني وفي الوقت المناسب.
- قيادة تطوير الخبرات التطبيقية لمحافظ المنتجات الرئيسية، وتعزيز مشاركة أفضل الممارسات التقنية وقصص نجاح العملاء والمعرفة التطبيقية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق ووحدات الأعمال لفهم اتجاهات السوق واحتياجات العملاء وفرص التطبيقات.
- دعم أنشطة التسويق الميداني من خلال تقديم الخبرة التقنية وتقييم فعالية مبادرات العملاء الموجهة نحو التطبيقات.
- دعم تموضع المنتجات عبر تقديم رؤى العملاء والخبرات التطبيقية لفرق التسويق ووحدات الأعمال.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين وخبراء التطبيقات وقادة الرأي (KOL) لتعزيز السمعة التقنية للشركة وحضورها في السوق.
- تطوير خطط تدريب وكفاءات فردية لتعزيز القدرات التقنية والتجارية والتواصلية لدى فريق المتخصصين في التطبيقات.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق المتخصصين في التطبيقات مع ضمان تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي وتحسين الموارد وارتفاع مشاركة الموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير في التكنولوجيا الحيوية أو الكيمياء الحيوية أو أحد تخصصات علوم الحياة المشابهة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في صناعة علوم الحياة مع خبرة في تطوير العمليات والتصنيع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الفرق.
- مهارات مثبتة في وحدات العمليات العملية ذات الصلة في المعالجة الحيوية وفقاً لممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (cGMP).
- معرفة جيدة بالسوق ولدى المتقدم شبكة علاقات معينة في صناعة المستحضرات الحيوية.
- مهارات قيادية وتوجيهية وتعاونية قوية مع القدرة على التأثير في الفرق متعددة الوظائف دون سلطة مباشرة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وإدارة النزاعات، مع القدرة على إدارة حالات تصعيد العملاء والمواقف التقنية المعقدة.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحديد أولويات الموارد وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في بيئة تجارية سريعة الوتيرة.
- تحفيز ثقافة الأداء العالي من خلال التوجيه والتدريب وتطوير فريق المتخصصين في التطبيقات مع تعزيز التعاون والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر والتركيز على العملاء.
- مهارات جيدة في التدريب والعرض.
- مهارات برمجية مثبتة، مثل Microsoft Office وأنظمة CRM.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

- Use technical knowledge and process experience to support Sales and Application Specialists in evaluating customer opportunities, defining technical strategies, and maximizing business growth through successful trials/demo´s and solution implementation.
- Establish and standardize trial/demo processes, ensuring high-quality technical execution and maximizing conversion from evaluation to commercial success.
- Establish standardized customer installation/training SOP procedures that improve customer experience, technical adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and coach distributor application specialists across the Middle East to ensure consistent technical support and customer experience.
- Allocate and prioritize Application Specialist resources across regions in close collaboration with Head of Sales to maximize business impact and align with commercial priorities.
- Lead the resolution of complex customer technical issues and escalations and ensure timely and professional support.
- Lead the development of application expertise for key product portfolios and promote the sharing of technical best practices, customer success stories, and application knowledge.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units/Emerging Business Units to understand market trends, customer needs and application opportunities.
- Support field marketing activities by providing technical expertise and evaluating the effectiveness of application-focused customer initiatives.
- Support product positioning by providing customer insights and application expertise to Marketing and Business Units/Emerging Business Units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, application experts, and KOL to strengthen the company's technical reputation and market presence
- Develop individual training and competency plans to strengthen the technical, commercial, and communication capabilities of the Application Specialists.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Application Specialist team while ensuring succession planning, resource optimization, and high employee engagement.
- Master degree in biotechnology, biochemistry or similar life science disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in life science industry with process development and manufacturing experience,
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Proven skills of relevant process unit operations in cGMP bioprocessing
- Good market knowledge and certain network in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage customer escalations and complex technical situations.
- Proven ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Drive a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing the Application Specialist team while fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Good training and presentation skills
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office and CRM
- Fluent in English and Arabic
