Role Description The IT/OT Infrastructure & Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining network and infrastructure solutions that support both IT and operational technology (OT) environments, including transmission control systems and related applications. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting incidents, implementing security measures, and ensuring high availability and reliability of critical systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting projects and upgrades, documenting architecture and configurations, and adhering to relevant standards and regulatory requirements. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, capacity planning, and technology evaluations to enhance overall infrastructure performance and resilience.

• Hands-on experience in network and infrastructure engineering, preferably in OT/ICS environments.

• Strong experience in routing & switching, firewalls, and network segmentation for critical infrastructure.

• Experience with servers, virtualization, backup & recovery solutions, and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of SCADA and substation automation systems and their integration with enterprise IT.

• Understanding of OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and NCA OTCC.

• Experience working in high-availability, 24/7 critical environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CCNP or GICSP are an advantage.
