About the Role

Position: HR Coordinator

Role: Full Time on Site

Location: Riyadh, Saudia Arabia

The HR Coordinator supports recruitment, onboarding, people records and day-to-day HR coordination for Eat Better’s rider and operations teams. The role helps the business hire, onboard and support frontline team members efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Post vacancies, screen candidates, schedule interviews and follow up recruitment progress for rider and operations roles.

- Coordinate onboarding, document collection, account or tool requests, and basic role orientation.

- Maintain employee and rider contact details, onboarding records, attendance, leave and follow-up logs; flag discrepancies promptly.

- Respond to basic HR queries and hand over issues requiring further action with clear context and ownership.

- Work with dispatch, rider-management and operations teams to track staffing, attendance, attrition and hiring needs.

- Use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain recruitment, onboarding, attendance and people-status reports.

- Handle personnel information accurately and confidentially in line with company policies and applicable requirements.

Requirements

- Working proficiency in English. Arabic, Urdu or other rider-facing languages are a strong advantage.

- Practical ability to use Excel or Google Sheets, shared documents and web-based business systems.

- Clear communication, strong follow-through and sound judgement when managing multiple priorities.

- HR, recruitment, administration, logistics or frontline-team support experience is preferred.

- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential personnel information responsibly.

- Available for a day-shift schedule and able to join within two weeks.

- Valid documentation for the applicable employment arrangement.

Salary & Apply

SAR 3,600-4,100 per month.
