About the Role

Manage the daily performance of car-delivery riders supporting Keeta operations. Keep riders on schedule, resolve delivery issues, improve order completion and service quality, and hand over outstanding work clearly.

• Monitor rider attendance, online status and order progress; contact riders when action is needed and check the outcome.
• Guide riders through delivery exceptions and prepare accurate supporting records for appeals.
• Coach riders on operating requirements, service procedures and approved company policies.
• Maintain rider contact details, performance records and follow-up logs; flag discrepancies for review.
• Use operational dashboards, spreadsheets and rider-management tools to prioritise work.
• Close completed tasks and hand over unresolved issues with a clear owner, next action and follow-up time.
  

• Working proficiency in English. Day-shift applicants: Arabic or Urdu. Night-shift applicants: Arabic.
• Practical ability to use Excel or Google Sheets, shared documents and web-based operations systems.
• Clear, concise communication and sound judgement when several urgent issues arise.
• Delivery, logistics or frontline team-coordination experience preferred; comfortable with a growing operation.
• Available for the agreed shift and roster, with valid documentation for the applicable employment arrangement. Ability to join within two weeks is required.
