المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص الهياكل الفولاذية والمكونات المرتبطة بها للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع والكودات ذات الصلة ومعايير الجودة الداخلية.
- مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية والمستندات الفنية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش بصري وأبعاد للمكونات الفولاذية.
- مراقبة أنشطة التصنيع والتركيب في الموقع.
- توثيق نتائج التفتيش في تقارير وقوائم مراجعة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإنشاء والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق الجودة لمعالجة حالات عدم المطابقة والتحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم التحسين المستمر لأداء الجودة.
- المساعدة في إعداد وحفظ سجلات الجودة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الموقع وعمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بجودة الهياكل الفولاذية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في مراقبة الجودة والتفتيش للتحقق من أعمال الهياكل الفولاذية وفقاً للمواصفات والمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- خبرة في ضمان الجودة وإدارة الجودة لدعم تنفيذ خطط الجودة والإجراءات ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتعاون مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن وممثلي العميل، ولإعداد تقارير ووثائق واضحة.
- معرفة عملية بعمليات تصنيع وتركيب الهياكل الفولاذية، وفحص اللحام والربط، والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة (مثل AWS, ISO, AISC).
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية وبيانات الطرق وشهادات المواد، مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو الهندسة المدنية الثقيلة، ويفضل في الهياكل الفولاذية البحرية أو الجسور أو الصناعية.
- مؤهل فني مناسب أو دبلوم/درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية في الجودة أو فحص اللحام ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بأمان في بيئة إنشائية ميدانية مع الالتزام بإجراءات وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).

Role Description The QC Inspector Steel Structure is a full-time, on-site role based in Ad Diriyah. Qualifications
- Strong Quality Control and Inspection skills to verify steel structure work against specifications, standards, and approved procedures.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support implementation of quality plans, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of steel structure fabrication and erection processes, welding and bolting inspection, and relevant international standards (e.g., AWS, ISO, AISC).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, method statements, and material certificates, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in infrastructure or heavy civil engineering projects, preferably in marine, bridge, or industrial steel structures.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in quality or welding inspection are an advantage.
- Capability to work safely in an on-site construction environment, adhering to HSE procedures and guidelines.
