تعلن شركة Verochi عن توفر وظيفة مدير تقني (Technical Manager) في مدينة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيتولى قيادة وإدارة العمليات الفنية لمكتبها الاستشاري الهندسي، مع ضمان تسليم المشاريع وفقًا للتصاميم المعتمدة والمعايير الفنية وجداول العمل المتفق عليها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق وإدارة القسم الفني وفريق الهندسة، ووضع الإجراءات والمعايير الفنية وتوزيع المهام وفقًا لمتطلبات المشاريع وقدرات الفريق.
- الإشراف على إعداد المخرجات الهندسية (معمارية، إنشائية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، تصميم داخلي) ومراجعتها لضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير واللوائح ومتطلبات العميل.
- التنسيق الفني عبر المشاريع المتعددة، ومتابعة التقدم وضمان إنجاز التسليمات الفنية وفق الجداول الزمنية، والتنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق الإشراف الموقعي والعملاء والمقاولين.
- إنشاء وتطبيق إجراءات مراقبة الجودة الفنية، ومراجعة مخرجات المشاريع قبل تسليمها، وضمان الاتساق والدقة والاكتمال في الوثائق الفنية.
- قيادة وتوجيه المهندسين والمعماريين والمصممين والموظفين الفنيين، وتقييم أدائهم، وتحديد احتياجات التدريب والتطوير، ودعم التوظيف عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، وفهم متطلباتهم وترجمتها إلى مخرجات فنية، وتقديم المشورة الفنية الاحترافية، ودعم فرق تطوير الأعمال في العروض الفنية والمناقصات.
- تطوير خطط العمل الفنية وتحديد متطلبات الموارد للمشاريع، ومراقبة توزيع أعباء العمل وسعة القسم، وإعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء الفني للإدارة.
- تحسين سير العمل الفني والقوالب والمعايير والإجراءات، وإدخال أدوات ومنهجيات فعّالة لزيادة الإنتاجية وجودة المشاريع، والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الكودات واللوائح والتقنيات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية، ويفضل أن تتضمن خبرة إدارية أو قيادية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات والمشاريع.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الهندسية والكودات واللوائح والوثائق الفنية.
- خبرة في إدارة التصميم والتنسيق بين المشاريع ومراقبة الجودة.
- يفضل امتلاك شهادات مهنية ذات صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة

The Technical Department Manager is responsible for leading and managing the technical operations of the engineering consultancy office, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, project requirements, quality standards, and agreed schedules.
The role requires strong technical leadership, project coordination, team management, quality control, and close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Department Management
Lead, manage, and coordinate the technical department and its engineering team.
Establish and maintain technical procedures, standards, and workflows.
Assign technical tasks and responsibilities according to project requirements and team capabilities.
Monitor the overall performance and productivity of the technical team.
Provide technical guidance, support, and solutions for complex engineering issues.
2. Design & Engineering Management
Review and supervise the preparation of architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and other engineering deliverables as applicable.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Review drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and other technical documents.
Ensure proper coordination between different engineering disciplines.
Identify technical conflicts, design gaps, and potential project risks at an early stage.
3. Project Technical Coordination
Coordinate technical activities across multiple projects.
Follow up on project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed according to approved schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervision Teams, Clients, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
Attend technical meetings and provide technical recommendations and solutions.
Review and respond to technical queries, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other project-related technical matters.
4. Quality Control & Assurance
Establish and implement technical quality control procedures.
Review project deliverables before submission to clients or authorities.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of technical documents.
Monitor compliance with the office's technical standards and quality requirements.
Identify recurring technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor engineers, architects, designers, and technical staff.
Evaluate team performance and identify training and development needs.
Support recruitment and selection of technical staff when required.
Develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the technical department.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
Participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders when required.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are properly translated into technical deliverables.
Provide professional technical advice and recommendations.
Support the Business Development and Management teams in technical proposals, tenders, and presentations when required.
7. Technical Planning & Reporting
Develop technical work plans and resource requirements for projects.
Monitor workload distribution and department capacity.
Prepare periodic technical performance reports for management.
Identify potential delays, resource shortages, technical risks, and required corrective actions.
8. Continuous Improvement
Develop and improve technical workflows, templates, standards, and procedures.
Introduce efficient tools and methodologies to improve productivity and project quality.
Stay updated on relevant engineering codes, regulations, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant engineering consultancy experience, preferably with management or leadership experience.
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, regulations, and technical documentation.
Experience in design management, project coordination, and quality control.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.

Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director
Supervises: Engineers, Architects, Designers, Technical Coordinators, and other technical staff as assigned.
