Company Description Omran Tech Group Innovate, Design & Build is a leading architecture and engineering group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating for 18 years.

Role Description The Lead Design Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design process for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with client

requirements and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include leading multidisciplinary design teams, reviewing and approving drawings and specifications, and managing design schedules and deliverables. The Lead Design Manager will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders, provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, and support continuous improvement in design standards, tools, and methodologies. The role also involves resolving design challenges, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in architectural design and knowldge about structural design,
• Proficiency in design and (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms) and the ability to manage complex design documentation and workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, and mentoring design professionals.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present design concepts and negotiate solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional registration or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in engineering consultancy or architectural contracting, ideally within the KSA market
