Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer - Hydraulic & Industrial Solutions for a full-time, on-site position in Dammam.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, expanding our customer base, managing key industrial accounts, and providing technical solutions to customers across the Eastern Province and Saudi Arabia.

This position requires a strong combination of technical knowledge and B2B industrial sales experience, particularly in hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, SS corrugated hoses, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and related industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new industrial customers and business opportunities

• Conduct regular customer and site visits

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial quotations

• Generate inquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders

• Coordinate with workshop, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams

• Provide technical support for hydraulic and industrial applications

• Follow up quotations, projects, customer requirements, and sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, visit reports, and forecasts

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market requirements, competitors, and new business opportunities

Required Technical Experience

Candidates should have strong technical knowledge and relevant sales experience in:

• Hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies

• Hydraulic hose fittings and adapters

• Quick couplings and high-pressure fittings

• Industrial hoses and industrial couplings

• Stainless steel (SS) corrugated hoses and assemblies

• Hydraulic cylinders - applications, troubleshooting, and repair

• Hydraulic pumps - applications, troubleshooting, and repair

• Hydraulic components and systems

• Hose testing and industrial maintenance services

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant technical sales experience

• Strong experience in hydraulic and/or industrial hose products and services

• Proven B2B industrial sales and business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field preferred

• Experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Steel, EPC, and other industrial sectors

• Existing customer network within Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, and the Eastern Province is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Good English communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

• Valid Saudi driving license preferred

• Ability and willingness to conduct frequent customer and site visits

• Important: This position requires relevant experience in hydraulic and/or industrial hose products and services. Candidates with direct experience in hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, SS corrugated hoses, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, or related hydraulic service businesses are strongly preferred.
