UmrahBookings is looking for an experienced B2B Reservations Agent to join our reservations and operations team in Jeddah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations for our global network of Umrah travel agents, ensuring bookings are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels.

• Handle B2B hotel reservation requests from Umrah travel agencies.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and confirmations.
• Work confidently with RMS / hotel reservation management systems.
• Check availability, rates, room types and booking conditions.
• Liaise with hotels and suppliers when required.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to agency partners.
• Resolve booking issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Maintain accurate booking records and internal systems.
• Coordinate with the Contracting, Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensure all bookings comply with agreed commercial and operational terms.
• Provide excellent service to UmrahBookings' agency partners.

• Previous B2B hotel reservations experience is essential.
• RMS experience is essential.
• Experience with hotel booking systems, PMS, CRS or similar platforms.
• Experience working with travel agencies, DMCs, hotels or hospitality companies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently based in Jeddah.
• Must have a valid Saudi Iqama.
• Arabic and English preferred.
• Experience with Umrah/Hajj travel or Saudi hospitality is highly desirable.
