نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى مساعدة العملاء في تحديد وشراء قطع الغيار المناسبة لمركباتهم، والحفاظ على دقة المخزون، والمساهمة في نجاح قسم ما بعد البيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة العملاء في تحديد احتياجاتهم من قطع الغيار، وتقديم معلومات دقيقة، والتوصية بقطع مناسبة وفقاً لمواصفات المركبة.
- إظهار معرفة ممتازة بالمنتجات وشرح الميزات والفوائد والتوافق مع العملاء.
- معالجة طلبات قطع الغيار بما في ذلك التسعير والفواتير وترتيب التوصيل أو الاستلام.
- البيع الإضافي والبيع المتبادل لقطع الغيار والإكسسوارات ذات الصلة لتعظيم فرص المبيعات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة بما في ذلك مستويات المخزون وأرقام القطع وأسعارها.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وطلب الكميات من الموردين لضمان توفر المخزون.
- استلام وفحص شحنات قطع الغيار الواردة والتحقق من دقتها وجودتها.
- تنظيم منطقة تخزين قطع الغيار والحفاظ على نظافتها وترتيبها.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء من خلال المساعدة في التعرف على القطع وإرشادات التركيب واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- التعاون مع الفنيين ومستشاري الخدمة لمعالجة استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بمنتجات القطع ومواصفاتها الفنية واتجاهات الصناعة.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وضمان رضاهم وولائهم.
- متابعة العملاء للتأكد من تلبية احتياجاتهم من قطع الغيار ومعالجة أي استفسارات أو مشكلات.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات وقسم الخدمة لتحسين تجربة العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة المحركات والمركبات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مبيعات قطع الغيار.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- مهارات ممتازة في استخدام الحاسوب.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين.

Customer Service and Sales
- Assist customers in identifying their parts needs, providing accurate information, and recommending suitable parts based on their vehicle specifications
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain the features, benefits, and compatibility of different parts to customers
- Process parts orders, including pricing, invoicing, and arranging for delivery or pickup
- Upsell and cross-sell related parts and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, part numbers, and pricing information
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and quality
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization
- Provide technical support to customers by assisting with part identification, installation instructions, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Stay updated with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends related to automotive parts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Follow up with customers to ensure their parts needs have been met and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team and service department to enhance the overall customer experience
Minimum Requirements for the Role
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Engine and Vehicle or any related field
- 1 - 3 years in relevant work experience in sales parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good English Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
