تعلن شركة United Motors Company عن توفر وظيفة فني (Technician) في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية للسيارات والخدمات والإصلاحات الميكانيكية
- فحص السيارات لتحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية ومتطلبات الصيانة
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية باستخدام الأدوات وأجهزة التشخيص المناسبة
- تنفيذ إصلاحات واستبدال المكونات الميكانيكية التالفة
- إجراء تغيير الزيت، وصيانة الفرامل، وإصلاح نظام التعليق، وصيانة نظام التبريد، والأعمال الميكانيكية العامة الأخرى
- اتباع إجراءات الإصلاح المعتمدة من الشركة المصنعة والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الوكالة
- استخدام أدوات الورشة والمعدات وأنظمة التشخيص بأمان وبشكل صحيح
- إجراء فحص للمركبات قبل وبعد الإصلاح للتأكد من إتمام العمل بشكل صحيح
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للإصلاحات وقطع الغيار المستخدمة والأعمال المنفذة
- إبلاغ مستشار الخدمة أو مشرف الورشة بالمشكلات المحددة ومتطلبات الإصلاح الإضافية
- ضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال ضمن الوقت المحدد ومعايير الإنتاجية
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة
- الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءات السلامة والمتطلبات البيئية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في تكنولوجيا السيارات، أو ميكانيكا السيارات، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة عملية من 1 إلى 2 سنوات كميكانيكي سيارات، ويفضل أن تكون داخل وكالة سيارات أو مركز خدمة معتمد
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة السيارات الميكانيكية وتشخيص الأعطال

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs
- Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults and maintenance requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment
- Carry out repairs and replacement of defective mechanical components
- Perform oil changes, brake servicing, suspension repairs, cooling system maintenance, and other general mechanical work
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures, technical specifications, and dealership standards
- Use workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and correctly
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after repairs to ensure the work has been completed properly
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed
- Communicate identified vehicle issues and additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor
- Ensure all work is completed within the assigned time and productivity standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certificate in Automotive Technology, Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably within an automotive dealership or authorized service center
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and automotive diagnostics
