تعلن شركة UniPower، الرائدة في حلول جودة الطاقة والهندسة لأكثر من 26 عامًا، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي شمسي (المكتب الفني) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع الشركة بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتحليل وتحسين أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية وضمان الامتثال للقوانين الكهربائية والمعايير الصناعية.
- إجراء تقييمات للمواقع وإعداد الرسومات الفنية والحسابات واختيار مكونات النظام وتطوير تصاميم كهربائية شمسية مفصلة.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع وفرق التركيب، ودعم تشغيل الأنظمة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير الفنية.
- التنسيق مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتوضيح المتطلبات وتقديم الإرشاد الفني والمساعدة في تقديم حلول شمسية آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة وثيقة؛ الشهادات المهنية في الطاقة الشمسية أو الطاقة المتجددة تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة قوية بصناعة الطاقة الشمسية وتقنياتها مع خبرة عملية في الأنظمة الشمسية.
- إتقان تصميم الأنظمة الكهروضوئية والتصميم الكهربائي بما في ذلك تخطيط النظام ورسوم التوصيلات وحسابات الأحمال.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات التصميم والمحاكاة ذات الصلة (مثل PVsyst و AutoCAD و ETAP أو ما يشابهها) والإلمام بالمعايير والكودات الكهربائية.
- القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المواقع وإعداد الوثائق الفنية ودعم أنشطة التركيب والتشغيل.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات في الموقع.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية في الشرق الأوسط أو بيئات مماثة مفضلة.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the solar industry and solar power technologies, with practical experience in solar systems.
- Proficiency in PV design and electrical design, including system layout, wiring diagrams, and load calculations.
- Experience with relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, ETAP or similar) and familiarity with applicable electrical standards and codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications in solar or renewable energy are an advantage.
- Ability to perform site assessments, prepare technical documentation, and support installation and commissioning activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in solar projects in the Middle East or similar environments is beneficial.
