Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing, updating and implementing sector and departmental scorecards, their objectives and performance indicators in all departments in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan.
• Review and approve development program performance analyzes and results against established plans to ensure corrective actions (if any) are implemented and performance is effectively tracked and measured.
• Submitting periodic performance reports on progress made towards achieving strategic objectives while recommending corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or any other related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
