This role oversee the development, implementation and continuous strengthening of Tanmiah’s governance and compliance frameworks, to ensure full alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements, international best practices. The position is central in promoting transparency, accountability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks to ensure Tanmiah’s full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee the preparation and periodic review of corporate policies, procedures, and delegation of authority to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational integrity.
• Drive a culture of compliance across all departments through awareness sessions, monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and assess legislation, identify compliance risks, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Supervise the preparation of governance and compliance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Governance, Law, or a related or equivalent major.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in governance & compliance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Office-based at Tanmiah’s headquarters in Riyadh.
