Job Purpose:

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of software products, addressing any technical challenges that arise during the process. The Implementation Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that the solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the client’s expectations. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.

2. Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.

3. Prepare and configure the necessary software and hardware environments for implementation.

4. Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.

5. Customize software settings and parameters to align with the client’s business processes and needs.

6. Integrate software with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

7. Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solution to ensure it meets functional, performance, and security requirements.

8. Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise during the testing phase.

9. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that the solution is fully functional and ready for deployment.

10. Provide training to clients and end-users on how to use the implemented software effectively.

11. Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support client onboarding and usage.

12. Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after the implementation process, addressing any questions or issues.

13. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

14. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on implementation progress and address any concerns.

15. Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding

of requirements.

16. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during implementation, working to resolve them quickly

and effectively.

17. Provide root cause analysis for any problems encountered and implement preventive measures to avoid

future issues.

18. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

19. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation

process.

20. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for software

implementation.

21. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software implementation and

deployment.

22. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.

23. Prepare regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for management and clients.

24. Ensure that all documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders and updated as needed.

25. Ensure that all documentation is accessible to relevant team members and updated regularly.

26. Align all decisions and strategies with company’s leadership before implementing.

27. The team must be flexible with working hours and may need to work during weekends to meet project

deadlines or client needs.

28. This role requires traveling to various locations as needed to support project implementations, client

meetings, and other business activities

29. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of software development and integration, including

proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases to effectively

implement and troubleshoot solutions.

- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective

solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to client

operations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients,

clearly conveying technical information and gathering requirements to ensure

successful project delivery.

Experience: 5-7 years Relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or

technical support, in a similar role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: SCE
