Position Summary

Rawa Establishment is a growing start-up company specializing in landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor development solutions. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the landscaping industry to lead project delivery, establish operational processes, and support the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage landscaping projects from planning through execution and final handover.

Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cost controls.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Oversee landscape construction works, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and site development.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Monitor project profitability and prepare regular progress and financial reports.

Establish and improve project management procedures suitable for a start-up environment.

Manage procurement activities for plants, materials, equipment, and landscaping supplies.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing projects within a landscaping company.

Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, softscape, and hardscape works.

Experience working in start-up or fast-growing organizations is highly desirable.

Excellent project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software.
