Role Description The Pest Control Technician role at Flow Motion is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The technician will perform inspections of properties to identify pest activity, potential entry points, and risk factors, and will apply appropriate treatment methods using approved chemicals, traps, and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include following scheduled service routes, documenting findings and treatments, completing service reports, and communicating clearly with clients about treatment plans, safety measures, and follow-up recommendations. The technician will adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintain tools and vehicles in good working order, and ensure accurate inventory of materials. This role also involves working with the team to respond to urgent service requests, support preventive maintenance programs, and uphold company standards for quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections, identify pest types and infestation levels, and select appropriate treatment methods.
• Knowledge of safe handling and application of pest control chemicals, tools, and equipment, with strong attention to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, including accurate completion of service records, treatment logs, and basic inventory tracking.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining procedures, safety instructions, and follow-up steps to clients and colleagues.
• Capacity to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and follow structured service routes and schedules.
• Physical ability to perform field work, including standing, walking, lifting equipment, and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record for traveling to client sites in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or a related technical field is an advantage.
• Relevant certification or training in pest control or public health (or willingness to obtain company-supported certification).
• Basic proficiency with mobile or handheld devices to use scheduling apps and digital reporting tools.
