Tripod is seeking an experienced Technical Designer (Joinery and Architectural Fit- Out - Interiors) to join our Joinery and Fit -Out Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of joinery, shop drawings ( Furniture), architectural drawings, interior details, and joinery fabrication processes, with the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings for production and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, architectural fit -out  details, and production drawings.
• Develop technical shop drawings for complete interior bespoke fit - out projects with good amount of knowledge in furniture joinery
• Interpret architectural, interior design, and consultant drawings to create accurate joinery and fit- out solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and production teams.
• Ensure drawings align with design intent, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Review drawings and incorporate feedback from clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support during production and installation stages.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation.
• Take site measurements/ surveys as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, , and interior materials and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication (English)
