المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح اليومي للأجهزة المنزلية بما في ذلك تشخيص الأعطال واستبدال القطع وضمان التركيب والتشغيل الآمن.
- زيارة مواقع العملاء وإجراء الفحوصات الميدانية وتوثيق الأعمال المنفذة واتباع إجراءات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.
- شرح النتائج والإصلاحات المقترحة للعملاء وتقديم إرشادات واضحة حول استخدام الأجهزة والعناية بها مع الحفاظ على السلوك المهني والمهذب.
- التعاون مع فريق الخدمة للحفاظ على تنظيم الأدوات وقطع الغيار ومناطق العمل وتجهيزها للمهام الميدانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على تنفيذ مهام الصيانة والإصلاح لمجموعة من الأجهزة المنزلية باستخدام الأدوات والأساليب المناسبة.
- مهارات قوية في تشخيص الأعطال لتحديد المشكلات بسرعة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية واقتراح حلول تقنية فعالة.
- خبرة في العمل الميداني تشمل الزيارات الميدانية والتوثيق الدقيق والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء للتواصل بوضوح وإدارة التوقعات وضمان تجربة خدمة إيجابية.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves explaining findings and recommended repairs to customers, providing clear guidance on appliance use and care, and maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times. The Service Technician will also collaborate with the service team to keep tools, spare parts, and work areas organized and ready for field assignments.

- Experience in Field Service work, including on-site visits, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure a positive service experience.
- General Maintenance knowledge, including preventive maintenance practices and basic electrical and mechanical understanding.
- Previous experience as a service or appliance technician, preferably in home appliance maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams and follow standardized repair procedures.
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical ability to handle tools, move appliances when required, and work in various residential environments.
- Basic computer or mobile device skills for using service apps, entering job details, and accessing digital manuals.
