• Having 10 + years’ experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing refrigeration projects from the beginning, with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Freon refrigeration systems and glycol systems.
• Experience in detailed design in P&ID and control instrumentation.
• Experience in supervising the installation of refrigeration systems.

Experience in the food and dairy industry

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in refrigeration system design, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layout for commercial or industrial applications.
• Strong background in implementation and project execution, such as coordinating installations, commissioning systems, and managing technical timelines and deliverables.
• Solid understanding of mechanical or HVAC engineering principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and energy efficiency in refrigeration systems.
• Experience working with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as safety codes, environmental requirements, and refrigerant management practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics, and translate them into clear guidance for project teams and contractors.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate remotely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying system issues and developing practical, data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with common engineering and project collaboration tools; familiarity with CAD or refrigeration modeling software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field; professional certifications in refrigeration or HVAC are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
