شركة بارسونز كوربوريشن (Parsons Corporation) تطلب مهندس اختبار وتشغيل (Testing & Commissioning Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق مشروع في تبوك.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وتقييم والموافقة على خطط ومنهجيات وإجراءات وقوائم الفحص الخاصة بالاختبار والتشغيل للمقاولين.
  • الإشراف وحضور اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) واختبارات الأنظمة المتكاملة التشغيلية للتحقق من أداء النظام.
  • إجراء تفتيش ميداني شامل للتأكد من أن التركيبات كاملة وآمنة وجاهزة للاختبار تحت الجهد أو التوازن الديناميكي للسوائل.
  • تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع العيوب والانحرافات وعناصر القائمة النهائية، والتنسيق مع المقاولين لضمان الحل السريع.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من وثائق الاختبار والتشغيل الشاملة بما في ذلك تقارير الاختبار وشهادات المعايرة وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) والرسومات حسب التنفيذ.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع مدراء الإنشاء وفرق ضمان الجودة ومهندسي التصميم والموظفين التشغيليين للعميل لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال هندسي ذي صلة. يُفضل التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الهندسة مع تخصيص 4 سنوات على الأقل لأنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو المدن الذكية أو التطورات التجارية المعقدة.
  • إلمام عميق بمنهجيات الاختبار والتشغيل وأجهزة القياس وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS). معرفة متينة بالمعايير الدولية (مثل ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IEEE) وإرشادات التشغيل (مثل NEBB وأطر الاعتماد LEED).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل قوية كتابية وشفهية باللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على كتابة تقارير فنية واضحة وقيادة اجتماعات تنسيق متعددة الأطراف وفرض الامتثال للمعايير مع الفرق الميدانية.
  • مهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات والتشخيص، وعقلية تركز على السلامة أولاً، والمرونة العملية اللازمة لقيادة العمليات في مواقع التشغيل النشطة في منطقة تبوك.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our project team in Tabuk. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, validating, and executing the testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning phases of diverse MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), systems, and infrastructure assets. You will bridge the gap between construction completion and operational handover, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with approved design specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review, evaluate, and approve contractor testing and commissioning (T&C) plans, methodologies, procedures, and checklists.
  • Witness and supervise factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and operational integrated systems tests to verify performance parameters.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure installations are complete, safe, and ready for energized testing or fluid dynamic balancing.
  • Identify, document, and track system deficiencies, deviations, and punch-list items, coordinating actively with contractors to ensure swift resolution.
  • Review and validate comprehensive T&C documentation, including test reports, calibration certificates, operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with construction managers, quality assurance teams, design engineers, and the client’s operational staff to ensure a seamless project handover.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 4 years dedicated specifically to testing and commissioning activities on large-scale infrastructure, smart cities, or complex commercial developments.
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with T&C methodologies, testing instrumentation, and building management systems (BMS). Solid knowledge of international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IEEE) and commissioning guidelines (e.g., NEBB, LEED commissioning frameworks).

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to author clear technical reports, lead multi-party coordination meetings, and firmly enforce compliance standards with site teams.
