شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي رادار محمول جواً (Airborne Radar Specialist) لدعم عمليات التدريب والصيانة في سرب E3 AWACS بالقوات الجوية الملكية السعودية، بمقر العمل في الخرج، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه وظيفة تعيين دولي ولا تشمل العمل عن بُعد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم فنيي القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية في أعمال الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال والتدريب على منصة رادار E3 AWACS.
  • تحديد نطاق العمل وجدولة الجوانب الفنية للعقد ومتابعة التقدم. التواصل مع الكوادر الفنية لتسهيل متطلبات الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال لنظام الرادار.
  • مراجعة الأعمال المُنجَزة لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والمواصفات والإجراءات المعمول بها وجودة العمل المقبولة. متابعة إنتاجية وكفاءة الكوادر الفنية المعينة وإعادة توزيع المهام حسب احتياجات المشروع.
  • متابعة إنتاجية وكفاءة الكوادر المعينة. التأكد من تحقيق معايير العميل ونطاق العمل من قبل جميع التخصصات الهندسية. تسريع توزيع بنود الإجراءات بعد المناقشات/الاجتماعات مع العميل ومدير البرنامج/المشروع.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية وكراسات المشروع وتوثيق النشاط للعميل وإدارة البرنامج/المشروع.
  • الالتزام بنطاق وتوجيه مواصفات العقد حسب توجيهات مدير البرنامج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو شهادة تقنية (شرط أساسي).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال الهندسي ذي الصلة أو خلفية هندسية عامة واسعة لدعم نظام رادار E3 AWACS.
  • معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة الحاسوب.
  • القدرة على اتباع التوجيهات وأهداف البرنامج مع درجة عالية من الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • امتلاك معرفة شاملة بالتكنولوجيا الحالية والقدرة على اختيار وتطبيق الحلول الهندسية المناسبة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق؛ القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق أثناء العمليات الديناميكية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Outlook، Excel، PowerPoint).
  • هذه الوظيفة في المملكة العربية السعودية ولا تشمل العمل عن بُعد.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة تشغيلية على منصة رادار E3 AWACS (يفضل).
  • خبرة عسكرية سابقة في دعم منصة E3 AWACS (يفضل).
  • الإلمام بعمليات AWACS.
  • القدرة على العمل والازدهار في بيئة ثقافية مختلفة.
  • القدرة على توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
  • قدرة مثبتة على الأداء في دور إشرافي/قيادي، مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
  • الإلمام بعمليات القيادة والسيطرة العسكرية خاصة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Airborne Radar Specialist to support training and maintenance operations within a Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) E3 AWACS Squadron in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in AN/TPY-2 radars and associated systems, strong computer and systems operation skills, and capable of working collaboratively with all RSAF military ranks from senior officers to junior technicians. **This position is located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support RSAF Technicians maintenance, troubleshooting and training working on the E3 AWACS radar platform
  • Determines the scope of work and schedules for technical aspects of the contract and monitors progress. Interfaces with Technical personnel to facilitate troubleshooting and maintenance requirement on the radar system.
  • Reviews work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable. Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned technical personnel and makes reassignments as project needs arise.
  • Monitors productivity and proficiency of assigned personnel
  • Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Program/Project Manager
  • Prepares technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the client and program/project management.
  • Adheres to scope and direction of contract specifications per Program Manager directions


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Engineering degree or Technical Degree (Required)
  • 10+ years related field engineering experience or broad general engineering background supporting E3 AWACS Radar system
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems
  • Ability to follow directions and program objectives with high attention to detail
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering solutions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work as part of a team during dynamic operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
