تعلن Kerten Hospitality عن توفر وظيفة مساعد تقنية المعلومات (IT Assistant) للعمل في فندق The House Hotel بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تدير الشركة وجهات وخدمات ضيافة مبتكرة مع التزام قوي بالاستدامة والمجتمع، ويسعى الفندق الواقع على ساحل البحر الأحمر إلى تقديم تجربة عصرية تجمع بين الراحة والتصميم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني من الخط الأول لموظفي الفندق، والاستجابة لطلبات تقنية المعلومات وحل مشاكل الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكة بسرعة.
- المساعدة في صيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في الفندق، بما في ذلك أجهزة الكمبيوتر والطابعات والهواتف والشبكة اللاسلكية ومعدات الشبكات.
- دعم التشغيل اليومي لأنظمة الفندق مثل نظام إدارة الفنادق (PMS) ونظام نقاط البيع (POS) والتطبيقات الأخرى، مع إحالة المشكلات المعقدة إلى مدير تقنية المعلومات أو الموردين.
- تركيب وتكوين وتحديث أجهزة الكمبيوتر والأجهزة والبرامج وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- المساعدة في النسخ الاحتياطي الدوري، وتحديثات برامج مكافحة الفيروسات، والفحوصات الأمنية لحماية أنظمة وبيانات الفندق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأصول تقنية المعلومات، وتذاكر الدعم، وأنشطة الصيانة.
- تجهيز معدات تقنية المعلومات للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والفعاليات، ودعم النزلاء فيما يخص التقنية داخل الغرف والوصول إلى الإنترنت عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة، ومشاريع التقنية، وإعداد المستخدمين والأجهزة الجدد.
- اتباع سياسات تقنية المعلومات ومعايير الأمان الخاصة بالشركة، وتدريب الموظفين على استخدام الأنظمة الأساسية وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في دعم تقنية المعلومات، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة تشغيل Windows، وMicrosoft Office، وأساسيات الشبكات، وصيانة الأجهزة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الفنادق مثل PMS وPOS يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات مع توجه خدمي يركز على العميل.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات والاستجابة للحالات الطارئة عند الحاجة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل جيدة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

About The Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line technical support to hotel staff, responding to IT requests and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, phones, Wi-Fi, and network equipment.
- Support the daily operation of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other business applications, escalating complex issues to the IT Manager or vendors.
- Install, configure, and update computers, devices, and software in line with company standards.
- Assist with routine backups, antivirus updates, and security checks to help protect hotel systems and data.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and maintenance activities.
- Set up IT equipment for meetings, conferences, and events, and support guests with in-room technology and internet access when needed.
- Assist with system upgrades, technology projects, and the setup of new users and devices.
- Follow company IT policies and security standards, and help train staff on basic system use and best practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to urgent issues when required.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
