An academic training institute in Riyadh is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Diagnose and fix Wi-Fi, LAN, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, trainers, and staff.
• Ensure all training rooms are technically ready before courses and training sessions.
• Support projectors, screens, and other classroom equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the institute's network and IT infrastructure.
• Respond quickly to technical issues and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Wi-Fi and LAN networks.
• Good command of English - written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
