As a Home Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient services, supporting home care operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Support commercial and operational activities related to home healthcare services.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and business documentation.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
• Manage customer and product information within SAP.
• Provide administrative and after-sales support to patients and customers.
• Track team performance and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  
  
  

Your Profile:

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Nursing (preferred)
• Public Health
• Health Sciences
• Social Work
• Pharmacy
• Other Healthcare-related disciplines
  
  
  

Experience

• No previous experience required.
• Full training will be provided.
• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer support is considered an advantage.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong patient-focused mindset.
• Native or professional proficiency in Arabic.
• Intermediate English (B1-B2) for emails, reports, and communication within the company.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
