Role Description

The Plumber (Plumbing Technician) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The technician will install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, completing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. The role involves interacting directly with clients, explaining work performed, providing basic preventive care guidance, and documenting all service activities accurately. The technician will collaborate with other team members, follow work orders, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean condition.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting of water supply and drainage systems.
• Hands-on experience working with various types of pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance, as well as maintenance & repair tasks on plumbing systems.
• Solid customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respect for clients’ properties.
• Knowledge of relevant safety procedures, local building codes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work orders and complete documentation accurately.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces as required.
• Previous experience as a plumber or plumbing technician; vocational training or certification in plumbing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
