أكسنتشر تعلن عن وظيفة مستشار في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة (AI & Machine Learning Consultant) في الرياض، حيث ستعمل على تصميم وتطوير ونشر حلول متقدمة للذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوى المؤسسات.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفك مستشارًا في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، ستقوم بتصميم وتطوير ونشر حلول متكاملة للذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة على مستوى المؤسسات، مع التركيز على الابتكار والكفاءة التشغيلية. ستستخدم خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي السحابية الأصلية (cloud-native AI)، وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (Generative AI)، وممارسات MLOps المتقدمة لبناء أنظمة إنتاجية قابلة للتوسع. وستعمل عبر دورة حياة الذكاء الاصطناعي بأكملها لتحويل البيانات إلى حلول ذكية مع ضمان الأداء وقابلية التوسع وتحقيق القيمة التجارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة باستخدام خدمات التحليلات والذكاء الاصطناعي السحابية.
  • بناء وصيانة خطوط أنابيب بيانات (data pipelines) قابلة للتوسع تدعم تدريب النماذج ونشرها ومراقبتها وعمليات الإنتاج.
  • تطبيق ممارسات DevOps وMLOps لتبسيط تطوير النماذج وأتمتتها ونشرها وإدارة دورة حياتها.
  • تخصيص وضبط ونشر حلول التعلم العميق (Deep Learning) والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs) لتلبية احتياجات الأعمال.
  • تصميم حلول ذكاء اصطناعي تعمل بكفاءة عبر البيئات السحابية والأجهزة الطرفية (edge devices) والبنى التحتية للحوسبة عالية الأداء (HPC).
  • تقييم أداء النماذج والتواصل بفعالية حول فعالية الحلول من خلال النتائج التجارية القابلة للقياس والمقاييس الفنية.
  • إجراء أنشطة بحث وتطوير تركز على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة والخوارزميات وأساليب المحاكاة وطرق الحوسبة المتقدمة.
  • العمل مع مجموعات بيانات كبيرة منظمة وغير منظمة، وتطبيق تقنيات إعداد البيانات ومعالجتها المسبقة وهندسة الميزات المناسبة.
  • تطوير وصيانة بنيات تخزين فعالة للبيانات والنماذج والمعرفة لدعم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإمكانيات الاسترجاع.
  • التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي البيانات ومهندسي البرمجيات وأصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال لتقديم حلول قابلة للتوسع.
  • ضمان توافق حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي مع متطلبات الأمان والحوكمة والامتثال والذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول (Responsible AI) في المؤسسة.
  • تحسين معايير وأطر وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية للذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مستمر لتسريع اعتماد المؤسسات له.

الشروط والمتطلبات

المؤهلات الأساسية: • 4-7 سنوات خبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، تعلم الآلة، علوم البيانات، هندسة البيانات أو تخصصات تقنية ذات صلة. • خبرة عملية في تصميم وتطوير ونشر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة في بيئات مؤسسية. • مهارات برمجية قوية في لغة Python وخبرة مع أطر عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة مثل TensorFlow وPyTorch وScikit-learn أو تقنيات مماثلة. • خبرة مع التعلم العميق والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs) وأطر تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة. • معرفة بالمنصات السحابية مثل Microsoft Azure أو AWS أو Google Cloud وخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة الخاصة بها. • خبرة في بناء خطوط أنابيب البيانات وتطبيق ممارسات MLOps لنشر النماذج ومراقبتها وتحسينها. • فهم قوي لمفاهيم هندسة البيانات، إعداد البيانات المسبق، هندسة الميزات، ومنهجيات تقييم النماذج. المؤهلات المفضلة: • خبرة في تطوير ونشر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والنماذج الأساسية (foundation models) والحلول القائمة على LLM. • معرفة بـ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) وقواعد البيانات المتجهة (vector databases) والتضمينات (embeddings) وإدارة المعرفة وأطر تنسيق الذكاء الاصطناعي. • خبرة مع تقنيات الحاويات مثل Docker ومنصات التنسيق مثل Kubernetes. • الإلمام بنشر الذكاء الاصطناعي على الأجهزة الطرفية (edge AI) وبيئات الحوسبة الموزعة وهياكل الحوسبة عالية الأداء (HPC). • خبرة في تنفيذ أطر مراقبة الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI observability) ومراقبة النماذج ودعم الإنتاج. • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة. • الشهادات ذات الصلة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، تعلم الآلة، هندسة البيانات، المنصات السحابية أو التقنيات ذات الصلة مفضلة.

Role Overview

As an AI & Machine Learning Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and Machine Learning solutions that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. You will leverage cloud-native AI services, Generative AI technologies, and advanced MLOps practices to build scalable, production-ready AI systems. Working across the AI lifecycle, you will help transform data into intelligent solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions using cloud-native AI and analytics services.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that support model training, deployment, monitoring, and production operations.
  • Implement DevOps and MLOps practices to streamline model development, automation, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Customize, fine-tune, and deploy Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions to address business needs.
  • Design AI solutions that operate efficiently across cloud environments, edge devices, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructures.
  • Evaluate model performance and communicate solution effectiveness through measurable business outcomes and technical metrics.
  • Conduct research and development activities focused on emerging AI technologies, algorithms, simulation techniques, and advanced computational methods.
  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, applying appropriate data preparation, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.
  • Develop and maintain efficient data, model, and knowledge storage architectures to support AI applications and retrieval capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
  • Continuously improve AI engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML applications in enterprise environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience building data pipelines and implementing MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications, foundation models, and LLM-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, knowledge management, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with edge AI deployments, distributed computing environments, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) architectures.
  • Experience implementing AI observability, model monitoring, and production support frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, or related technologies are preferred.
