Job Summary

We are looking for an MDM / VDI Engineer (L2) to support and maintain the organization’s virtual desktop and endpoint management environment. The role will focus on VMware Horizon, Omnissa Workspace ONE, VDI operations, and endpoint management, ensuring a secure, stable, and reliable end-user computing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support VMware Horizon / Omnissa Horizon VDI environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Workspace ONE and endpoint management solutions.
• Support virtual desktops, applications, user sessions, and related infrastructure.
• Perform L2 troubleshooting and resolve incidents related to VDI and endpoint management.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, policies, compliance, and software deployment.
• Support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management where required.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in line with operational procedures.
• Investigate recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
• Work with L3 teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Follow security, change management, and IT service management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in VDI, EUC, endpoint management, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon / Omnissa Horizon.
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops and endpoint environments.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and virtualization concepts.
• Experience working within an ITIL/service management environment is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• VMware Horizon certification.
• Omnissa Workspace ONE certification.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
