شركة SOCOTEC تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي تشخيص التراث والمباني في الرياض (للمواطنين السعوديين فقط). سيعمل المرشح الناجح على تقييم المباني والأصول القائمة، وتحديد العيوب الفنية، وتقديم توصيات مهنية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد التقارير والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات. (Reports To: مدير العمليات).

في المملكة العربية السعودية، تدعم SOCOTEC مشاريع البنية التحتية والبناء والتطوير الحضري والتراث، وتقدم حلولاً تقنية عالية الجودة تساهم في السلامة والامتثال والجودة والاستدامة والحفاظ على الأصول القيمة. كجزء من نموها في المملكة، تبحث الشركة عن أخصائي تشخيص المباني للانضمام إلى فريقها، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقييم المباني والأصول القائمة، وتحديد الظروف الفنية والعيوب، وتقديم توصيات مهنية لدعم متطلبات المشاريع. تتضمن الوظيفة تقييمات فنية وإعداد تقارير والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني والتقييم الفني للمباني والأصول القائمة.
- تحديد وتقييم وتوثيق العيوب والتدهور والظروف الفنية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وسجلات التفتيش ووثائق التقييم.
- مراجعة المخططات والوثائق الفنية والمعلومات المتاحة عن المشروع.
- تقديم توصيات فنية تتعلق بأعمال الإصلاح والتأهيل والصيانة والتحسين.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- دعم المسوحات الفنية والتحقيقات وأنشطة التشخيص.
- مراجعة ومراقبة الأعمال الفنية وتقديم الملاحظات عند الحاجة.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً للمعايير واللوائح ومتطلبات المشروع.
- المساهمة في إعداد النطاقات الفنية والمقترحات ووثائق المشروع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنتائج التفتيش والتوصيات.
- أداء أي مهام فنية أخرى متعلقة بالمشروع حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة المعمارية، العمارة، هندسة المباني، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة، ويفضل أن تتضمن خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بالبناء والتشييد والمواد والعيوب الشائعة في المباني.
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير الفنية والتوثيق.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.
- المعرفة باللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة والمعايير الدولية (يفضل).
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Building Diagnostics Specialist to join our team and support ongoing technical and development activities in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing buildings and assets, identifying technical conditions and defects, and providing professional recommendations to support project requirements. The role will involve technical assessments, reporting, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of existing buildings and assets.
- Identify, assess, and document defects, deterioration, and technical conditions.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and assessment documentation.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and available project information.
- Provide technical recommendations related to repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, and improvement works.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support technical surveys, investigations, and diagnostic activities.
- Review and monitor technical works and provide feedback where required.
- Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Support the preparation of technical scopes, proposals, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and recommendations.
- Perform other technical duties related to the project as required.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of relevant professional experience, preferably including experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of building construction, materials, and common building defects.
- Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations and international standards is preferred.
- Good command of English.
