Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مهندس معماري (Architect Engineer) role based in Jeddah. The Architect Engineer will be responsible for developing architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering, construction, and project management teams, reviewing design proposals, preparing technical documentation, and participating in site visits to monitor implementation quality. The role also involves collaborating with external consultants, preparing design presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and supporting value engineering and sustainability initiatives. The Architect Engineer is expected to contribute to innovative design solutions that align with the company’s vision of quality, efficiency, and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations in Saudi Arabia, and best practices in construction and real estate development.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles, materials selection, and integration of energy-efficient solutions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and project management professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward it is a plus.
• Relevant experience in residential and commercial project design, preferably within the Saudi real estate market.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
