بصفتك مضيفاً/مضيفة، ستؤدي دوراً محورياً في تقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف من خلال الترحيب بهم وإرشادهم ومساعدتهم طيلة رحلتهم في المطعم. وكونك وجه المطعم، ستخلق تجربة وصول راقية وشخصية تعكس روح ibis الموثوقة والمتكيفة. وستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الأغذية والمشروبات لدعم العمليات الأمامية عبر إدارة تدفق الضيوف والحجوزات وترتيبات الجلوس، وضمان أن يعكس كل تفاعل مع الضيف معايير ibis وخدمة التميز والضيافة الحقيقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف والتفاعل معهم بأسلوب دافئ ومهني وواثق يتماشى مع معايير خدمة ibis.
- إدارة جلوس الضيوف وتوزيع الطاولات وتدفق تناول الطعام بناءً على الحجوزات والضيوف الوافدين.
- التنسيق مع فريق الخدمة لتلبية طلبات الضيوف وضمان تحقيق توقعاتهم.
- الإلمام القوي بقوائم الطعام والفعاليات الخاصة وترتيبات الجلوس وتفضيلات الضيوف.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف وملاحظاتهم وشكاواهم بشكل مهني، مع رفعها عند الاقتضاء.
- الحفاظ على منصة الاستقبال ومنطقة الاستقبال منظمة ومرحبة طوال فترة الخدمة.
- إدارة الحجوزات بدقة باستخدام أنظمة حجز المطعم، بما في ذلك تفاصيل الضيوف وخطط الجلوس.
- تأكيد معلومات الحجز وإبلاغ التحديثات لأعضاء الفريق المعنيين.
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية بشكل مهني ومساعدة الضيوف في استفساراتهم وحجوزاتهم.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور يتعامل مع الضيوف أو في بيئة ضيافة راقية.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ ويُعد التعليم في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومهارات اللغة العربية مرغوبة جداً.
- شخصية واثقة ومرحبة ومهنية مع شغف بخدمة الضيوف.
- القدرة على إدارة فترات الخدمة المزدحمة مع البقاء هادئاً ومنظماً ومنتبهاً.

Job Description
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and confident manner aligned with IBIS service standards.
- Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow based on reservations and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate with the service team to accommodate guest requests and ensure expectations are met.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and reception area throughout service.
- Manage reservations accurately using restaurant reservation systems, including guest details and seating plans.
- Confirm reservation information and communicate updates with relevant team members.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to support efficient service flow.
- Assist with side duties such as menu preparation, table resets, and maintaining the entrance area.
- Maintain IBIS grooming and appearance standards while representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and effective communication.
- Preferably 1 year experience in a guest-facing role or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Confident, welcoming, and professional personality with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to manage busy service periods while remaining calm, organized, and attentive.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with IBIS brand standards.
