Role Description The Telecommunications Engineer will work on-site in the Asir Region in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks. Daily tasks include configuring and monitoring network equipment, supporting Voice over IP (VoIP) services, and performing diagnostics to resolve technical issues. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams and clients, documenting system configurations and changes, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and security best practices. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance, contribute to infrastructure upgrades, and support the planning of future telecommunications projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Telecommunications Systems and Network Design.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in technical documentation.
• Prior experience in telecommunications engineering or network operations is highly beneficial.
