سيدعم شاغل الوظيفة حوكمة الجودة في البرنامج والموقع، مع التركيز القوي على الجودة الوقائية والتسليم الصحيح من المرة الأولى عبر أنشطة الإنشاءات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد مخاطر الجودة بشكل استباقي قبل بدء الأعمال.
  • مراجعة وفحص خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) وبيانات الطرق وتسلسل الفحص.
  • ضمان أن نقاط الفحص ونقاط الإيقاف ونقاط المشاهدة قائمة على المخاطر ومناسبة وفعالة.
  • تعزيز التنفيذ الصحيح من المرة الأولى من خلال التواصل المبكر مع فرق الإنشاءات.
  • تقليل إعادة العمل وسجلات عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية المتأخرة من خلال التدخل المبكر.
  • تنفيذ ومراقبة خطة جودة المشروع المعتمدة (PQP).
  • ضمان التطبيق المتسق لإجراءات ضمان ومراقبة الجودة عبر المقاولين وفرق الموقع.
  • التحقق من دمج ضوابط الجودة في أنشطة التخطيط والتنفيذ.
  • الحفاظ على الامتثال لمتطلبات ISO 9001 ومتطلبات الجودة التعاقدية.
  • التحقق من أن سجلات أعمال التفتيش (WIRs) وسجلات المواد (MIRs) وأنشطة الاختبار تستند إلى ITPs المعتمدة وأحدث المعلومات التصميمية، وأنها كاملة ودقيقة وقابلة للتتبع.
  • مراجعة جاهزية الفحص قبل تقديم WIR لمنع الرفض الذي يمكن تجنبه.
  • تحديد المؤشرات المبكرة لنقص الصنعة أو العمليات ودفع الإجراءات الوقائية.
  • إدارة عملية NCR بما في ذلك التحقق ومراجعة تحليل السبب الجذري.
  • التحقق من فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • تحديد الاتجاهات والمشكلات المتكررة ودفع التدابير الوقائية.

  • إعداد تقارير الجودة ولوحات البيانات وتحليلات الاتجاهات.
  • تصعيد مخاطر الجودة النظامية وNCRs المتكررة إلى المستوى المناسب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة أو مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • 12 عامًا من الخبرة في ضمان ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع الإنشاءات أو البنية التحتية الكبيرة.
  • شهادة ISO 9001 (مطلوبة).
  • خبرة مثبتة في خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، وسجلات أعمال التفتيش (WIRs)، وسجلات المواد (MIRs)، وسجلات عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (ASTM, BS, EN, ACI).
  • خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمفتشين الخارجيين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الجودة والفحص والاختبار.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented QA/QC Engineer (Civil / Infra) to join our team. In this role, you will support program and site quality governance, with a strong emphasis on preventive quality and right-first-time delivery across construction activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify quality risks prior to commencement of works.
  • Review and challenge Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and inspection sequencing.
  • Ensure inspection points, hold points, and witness points are risk-based, appropriate, and effective.
  • Promote right-first-time execution through early engagement with Construction teams.
  • Minimize rework, NCRs, and late corrective actions through early intervention.
  • Implement and monitor the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Ensure consistent application of QA/QC procedures across contractors and site teams.
  • Verify that quality controls are integrated into planning and execution activities.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and contractual quality requirements.
  • Verify that WIRs, MIRs, and testing activities:
    • Reference approved ITPs
    • Use the latest approved design information
    • Are complete, accurate, and traceable
  • Review inspection readiness prior to WIR submission to prevent avoidable rejections.
  • Identify early indicators of workmanship or process deficiencies and drive preventive actions.
  • Manage the NCR process, including validation and review of root cause analysis.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues and drive preventive measures.
  • Ensure lessons learned are communicated to site teams.
  • Coordinate closely with Construction Managers, site engineers, and Quality SMEs.
  • Encourage early escalation of technical uncertainties prior to inspection.
  • Act as an interface between site execution and quality governance.
  • Support internal and third-party quality audits.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality controls and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Escalate systemic quality risks and repeated NCRs to the appropriate level.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ institution.
  • 12 years of QA/QC experience on construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, and testing.
  • ISO 9001 certification (required).
  • Proven experience with ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and CAPA.
  • Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN, ACI).
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
