Role Description The Hydraulics Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This position is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic systems at customer sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service visits, diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and providing technical support and recommendations to customers. The role also involves preparing service reports, coordinating with the service team, and communicating clearly with clients to explain findings, solutions, and best practices. The Hydraulics Service Engineer works closely with sales and engineering teams to support project execution and maintain high service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, commissioning, and customer visits.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and related hydraulic components & Power Packs
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic schematics, fluid power systems, and relevant tools and test equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.
• Previous experience in hydraulic service, maintenance, or industrial equipment support in KSA or GCC is an advantage.
