انضم إلى PSA BDP في الدمام، السعودية، حيث نبحث عن منسق خدمات لوجستية متخصص للعمل على عقد PSA SGP. يتولى هذا الدور تنسيق وتنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمتطلباتهم وإجراءات الشركة، مع الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة معالجة الطلبات
- التخطيط والحجز ونقل الطلبات
- التنسيق والمتابعة للشحنات
- معالجة الإجراءات الجمركية (تصدير / استيراد)
- التوثيق والأعمال الإدارية وإصدار الفواتير والأرشفة
- تقديم التغذية الراجعة للعميل (تقارير داخلية وخارجية عن الشحنات) عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف و EDI
- استكشاف الأخطاء التشغيلية وحل المشكلات
- الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة وفقاً لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI)
- الالتزام بالتعامل مع المقاولين الفرعيين المعتمدين وفقاً للأسعار المتفق عليها
- معالجة الشحنات بشكل كامل من البداية إلى النهاية
- معالجة الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة وإرشادات السلامة والممارسات المستدامة المعتمدة في المؤسسة ومكان العمل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات ولوائح وتوثيق الخدمات اللوجستية والشحن
- يفضل الحصول على درجة مهنية من مؤسسة تعليمية مرخصة متخصصة في الخدمات اللوجستية والشحن
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب مع تطبيقات Microsoft Software و / أو أي تطبيقات برمجية رائدة أخرى في السوق

Job Description
Scope:
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
∙ +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
∙ Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
∙ Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
Scope:
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing management
- Planning / Booking / Transportation of orders
- Coordination/follow up of the shipment
- Customs processing (export/import)
- Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
- Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- End to end processing of shipments.
- Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation .
- Adhere to health policies, safety guidelines and sustainable practices set within the organization and in the workplace.
