تعلن شركة Elbetron عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تطوير وتحسين حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الموجهة للإنتاج، بما في ذلك المساعدين الذكيين، أنظمة RAG، معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP)، التحليلات الذكية، والأتمتة الذكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ودمج حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة (AI/ML).
- العمل مع نماذج اللغات الكبيرة (LLMs) وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) للذكاء الاصطناعي والنماذج المحلية.
- بناء وتحسين مسارات RAG.
- تطوير هندسة المحفزات (prompt engineering) وسير العمل المُخرجات المنظمة (structured-output workflows).
- العمل مع التضمينات (embeddings) وقواعد البيانات المتجهية (vector databases) وأنظمة الاسترجاع (retrieval systems).
- دمج نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي مع تطبيقات الواجهة الخلفية (backend applications).
- تطوير ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتطبيقات المؤسسية (enterprise applications).
- تقييم أداء النماذج ودقتها.
- العمل على أمان الذكاء الاصطناعي وموثوقيته وتقليل الهلوسة (hallucination reduction).
- التعاون مع فرق الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية والمنتج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتقان قوي للبرمجة بلغة Python.
- فهم جيد لتعلّم الآلة ومعالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP).
- خبرة مع نماذج اللغات الكبيرة (LLMs) و RAG - يُفضل بشكل كبير.
- معرفة بواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) وقواعد البيانات وأنظمة الواجهة الخلفية (backend systems).
- الإلمام بـ Git و Linux.
- فهم Docker يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مع نماذج اللغات الكبيرة المحلية/مفتوحة المصدر تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- الموقع: الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- طبيعة العمل: حضور مكتبي (On-site).

About the Role
Elbetron Technologies is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and improve production-oriented AI solutions, including AI assistants, RAG systems, NLP, AI analytics, and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions.
- Work with LLMs and AI APIs/local models.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines.
- Develop prompt engineering and structured-output workflows.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Integrate AI models with backend applications.
- Develop AI features for enterprise applications.
- Evaluate model performance and accuracy.
- Work on AI security, reliability, and hallucination reduction.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Understanding of machine learning and NLP.
- Experience with LLMs and RAG is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Familiarity with Git and Linux.
- Understanding of Docker is an advantage.
- Experience with local/open-source LLMs is a plus.
