تعلن شركة OdooTec عن توفر وظيفة Odoo Functional Consultant & Presales في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع مكتب رئيسي في القاهرة (التجمع الخامس). يهدف الدور إلى تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وتصميم حلول ERP تعتمد على Odoo ودعم فريق المبيعات خلال مرحلة ما قبل البيع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جمع وتحليل وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال للعملاء.
  • تصميم حلول Odoo ERP متكاملة بناءً على احتياجات العميل.
  • تهيئة وتخصيص وحدات Odoo (المبيعات، المشتريات، المخزون، المحاسبة، الموارد البشرية، إلخ).
  • إجراء ورش العمل والعروض التوضيحية وجلسات تدريب المستخدمين.
  • دعم دورة حياة المشروع بالكامل: التحليل، التنفيذ، الاختبار، الإطلاق، والدعم بعد الإطلاق.
  • دعم فريق المبيعات في اجتماعات العملاء واكتشاف المتطلبات.
  • إعداد وتقديم عروض توضيحية لمنتجات Odoo.
  • تطوير مقترحات وظيفية وتصاميم الحلول ووثائق النطاق.
  • المساعدة في إعداد تقدير الجهد والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
  • الرد على طلبات العروض (RFPs) والاستفسارات الفنية/الوظيفية من العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 إلى 7+ سنوات في استشارات Odoo الوظيفية.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات الأعمال (المالية، سلسلة التوريد، الموارد البشرية، المبيعات).
  • خبرة في مشاريع تنفيذ ERP.
  • خبرة عملية معمقة في Odoo.
  • إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • التزام صارم بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها وأنظمتها.
  • قدرة عالية على التحمل والعمل تحت ضغط الوقت والجودة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وعرض تقديمي قوية.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع أنشطة ما قبل البيع والتفاعل مع العملاء بثقة.
  • إدارة التوقعات والموارد.
  • القدرة على العمل عن بُعد (أحياناً).
  • إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • المرونة والإبداع في حل المشكلات.

Odoo Functional Consultant & Presales

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant & Presales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Odoo-based ERP solutions, and supporting the sales team during the presales cycle. You will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and customer satisfaction.

Office Location: Cairo, 5th settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
  • Design end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions based on client needs.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Support full project lifecycle: analysis, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Support sales team in client meetings and requirement discovery.
  • Prepare and deliver Odoo product demonstrations.
  • Develop functional proposals, solution designs, and scope documents.
  • Assist in preparing project effort estimation and timelines.
  • Respond to RFPs and client technical/functional queries.

    • 4-7+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.

    • Experience in ERP implementation projects.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to handle presales and client-facing activities confidently.
