GE HealthCare تعلن عن وظيفة Key Account Specialist - برنامج تمهير، في المنطقة الشرقية (الدمام)، السعودية. البرنامج تدريب على رأس العمل لمدة ستة أشهر يستهدف الخريجين الجدد لتأهيلهم لفرص وظيفية مستقبلية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا الدور هو جزء من برنامج تمهير، وهو برنامج تدريبي مدته ستة أشهر على رأس العمل يهدف إلى تطوير الخريجين الجدد وإعدادهم لفرص وظيفية مستقبلية. يتحمل مسؤول الحسابات الرئيسي دوراً مواجهاً للعملاء داخل GE HealthCare، حيث يدعم أنشطة المبيعات وإدارة الحسابات. يركز هذا المنصب على الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الحسابات المعينة وتنميتها، وضمان رضا العملاء، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف العمل. يعمل ضمن عمليات وإرشادات محددة مع بعض الاستقلالية في اتخاذ القرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة المبيعات للحسابات المحددة؛ إضافة عملاء جدد نادرة وتخضع للمراجعة.
- المساعدة في إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية ضمن مجموعة الأعمال / P&L.
- تطوير معرفة عملية بمنتجات GE Healthcare وحلولها واحتياجات العملاء.
- التعاون مع الفريق التجاري الأول لتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات وتحقيق الأهداف.
- فهم المحركات الرئيسية للأعمال والمساهمة في أهداف الفريق.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان التسليم السلس ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان رضا العملاء بدءاً من فهم احتياجاتهم غير المُلبَّاة وحتى الإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع.
- تقديم توثيق وتقارير وتحديثات دقيقة حول أنشطة الحسابات.
- التواصل الفعال مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين؛ شرح المعلومات الفنية والتجارية بوضوح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الأشعة، الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الرعاية الصحية أو حلول التصوير.
- سعودي الجنسية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- غير مسجل في التأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI) خلال الستة أشهر الماضية.
- أهلية الالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث) مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ الفعال للبرامج.
- الإلمام بتقنيات التصوير الطبي في الرعاية الصحية واتجاهات السوق.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع وبناء علاقات العملاء.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for assigned accounts; addition of new customers is rare and subject to review.
- Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&L.
- Develop working knowledge of GE Healthcare products, solutions, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
- Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding customer unmet needs, to project execution oversight
- Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders; explain technical and commercial information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- experience in sales or account management is preferably in healthcare or imaging solutions.
- Saudi national
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months
- Eligibility for Tamheer program
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute programs effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare imaging technologies and market trends.
- Strong project management and customer relationships
