المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتنفيذ خطط مراقبة الجودة (QCP) وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITP).
- ضمان امتثال المنتجات الكهربائية لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية.
- إجراء الفحوصات الواردة وأثناء العملية والنهائية للمكونات والأنظمة الكهربائية.
- مراقبة مقاييس جودة المنتج وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- إجراء فحص واختبار: المفاتيح الكهربائية (LV/MV/HV)، المحولات والأنظمة المساعدة، الكابلات والتوصيلات واللوحات، معدات إلكترونيات القدرة (مثل PCS، المحولات).
- الإشراف على ومراجعة تقارير اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT).
- التحقق من معايرة أدوات الاختبار واستخدامها السليم.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير IEC وIEEE وغيرها من المعايير المطبقة.
- تحديد وتوثيق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs).
- إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية باستخدام أدوات مثل 5-Why ومخططات عظم السمكة.
- تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
- تتبع إغلاق مشكلات الجودة وضمان فعاليتها.
- إجراء فحوصات الموردين وتدقيقات الجودة.
- تقييم أداء جودة الموردين وامتثالهم.
- التنسيق مع المصنعين لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- ضمان مطابقة المواد والمعدات لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة قبل الشحن.
- إعداد ومراجعة: تقارير الفحص، تقارير الاختبار، ملفات الجودة ووثائق التسليم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الجودة المناسبة وإمكانية التتبع.
- إنشاء تقارير أداء الجودة ولوحات المعلومات الدورية.
- ضمان الامتثال لـ: معايير IEC/IEEE/UL، مواصفات المشروع الفنية، سياسات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
- دعم تدقيقات الجودة الداخلية والخارجية.
- ضمان توافق عمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة مع أنظمة الجودة ISO.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العملية وجودة المنتج.
- دعم تنفيذ مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
- تعزيز إجراءات الفحص والاختبار لزيادة الكفاءة والموثوقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال جودة المنتج أو ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) أو فحص المعدات الكهربائية.
- خبرة مفضلة في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة أو أنظمة الطاقة أو المشاريع الكهربائية الصناعية.
- تعرض لفحوصات المصانع وبيئات التصنيع.
- معرفة بأنظمة الجودة مثل ISO 9001.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالمعدات والأنظمة الكهربائية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (IEC, IEEE, ISO).
- خبرة في الفحص والاختبار وتدقيق الجودة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية (SLD، المخططات التفصيلية) والمواصفات الفنية ولوحات البيانات.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Quality Assurance & Control
- Review and implementation of Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Ensure compliance of electrical products with project specifications and international standards.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electrical components and systems.
- Monitor product quality metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Inspection & Testing
- Conduct inspection and testing of:
- Switchgear (LV/MV/HV)
- Transformers and auxiliary systems
- Cables, terminations, and panels
- Power electronics equipment (e.g., PCS, inverters)
- Witness and review Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) reports.
- Verify calibration and proper use of testing instruments.
- Ensure adherence to IEC, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
- Non-Conformance Management
- Identify and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Track closure of quality issues and ensure effectiveness.
- Vendor Quality Management
- Conduct vendor inspections and quality audits.
- Evaluate supplier quality performance and compliance.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure materials and equipment meet required quality standards before dispatch.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and review:
- Inspection reports
- Test reports
- Quality dossiers and handover documents
- Maintain proper quality records and traceability.
- Generate periodic quality performance reports and dashboards.
- Standards & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- IEC / IEEE / UL standards
- Project technical specifications
- Company quality policies
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure QA/QC processes align with ISO quality systems.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process and product quality improvement.
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Enhance inspection and testing procedures to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product quality, QA/QC, or inspection of electrical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO).
- Experience in inspection, testing, and quality auditing.
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical drawings (SLD, schematics)
- Technical specifications and datasheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
