Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist (Saudi National) to join our dynamic team on a high-profile project in Tabuk, KSA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule Management: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Cost Control: Track project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts; analyze variances against the approved baseline budget.

• Progress Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.

• Risk & Change Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and tracking change orders to evaluate their impact on cost and timeline.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. (Note: Equivalent professional experience and hands-on expertise will also be considered.)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
