بارسونز تبحث عن مفتش هياكل فولاذية (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، حيث سيتولى مسؤولية الإشراف على فحص وتفتيش جميع أعمال التصنيع والتركيب واللحام والتثبيت للهياكل الفولاذية وفقاً للمعايير والمواصفات والمخططات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص أنشطة تصنيع وتركيب الهياكل الفولاذية وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) وإجراءات العمل.
- مراجعة والتحقق من المخططات المعتمدة للورشة، ومخططات التصنيع، ومواصفات المواد، ومخططات التركيب.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش في مواقع التصنيع ومواقع المشروع حسب الحاجة.
- التحقق من المواد الفولاذية مقابل مخططات المواد المعتمدة والمواصفات.
- مراجعة شهادات اختبار المواد (MTCs) وشهادات المطابقة وغيرها من الوثائق.
- التحقق من درجات الفولاذ والأحجام والسمك والأبعاد وأرقام الصبات وتتبع المواد.
- فحص عمليات التصنيع مثل القطع والحفر والتشكيل والتجميع والتجهيز.
- فحص أنشطة اللحام والتحقق من الالتزام بمواصفات إجراءات اللحام المعتمدة (WPS).

- التحقق من مسامير التثبيت (anchor bolts) والقواعد المعدنية والعناصر المدفونة والوصلات بين الفولاذ والخرسانة.
- مراقبة أنشطة التركيب وضمان الاستقرار المؤقت واتباع إجراءات التركيب المعتمدة.
- مراجعة أنشطة الرفع والتركيب من منظور الجودة والتفتيش الفني.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين الإنشائيين بخصوص القضايا الفنية والانحرافات والتعديلات الميدانية.
- رفع ومراقبة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وطلبات التفتيش الميداني (SIRs) والملاحظات الجودوية عند الحاجة.
- التحقق من تنفيذ وإغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية المتعلقة بأعمال الهياكل الفولاذية.
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش وقوائم الفحص والصور الفوتوغرافية وسجلات الجودة.
- الحفاظ على وثائق تتبع دقيقة للمواد وسجلات التفتيش.
- الإشراف على نقاط التوقف والمراقبة وأنشطة التفتيش وفقاً لخطط الفحص والاختبار المعتمدة (ITPs).
- مراجعة وثائق الجودة للمقاولين وضمان اكتمال السجلات المطلوبة وإمكانية تتبعها.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش في مواقع التصنيع وقبل الشحن وفي الموقع وقبل الاستلام النهائي.
- التحقق من أعمال الهياكل الفولاذية مقابل متطلبات AISC وAWS وASTM وASME وBS وEN وISO والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- دعم عمليات تدقيق الجودة وتقديم أدلة موضوعية على التفتيش والامتثال.
- مراقبة بنود القائمة الختامية (punch-list) والتحقق من الإنجاز المرضي قبل القبول النهائي.
- دعم إعداد سجلات كما تم البناء (as-built) وملفات التفتيش ووثائق اللحام وسجلات NDT وتقارير الطلاء ووثائق التسليم النهائي.
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والتسليم حيث تتداخل أعمال الهياكل الفولاذية مع الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمعمارية أو الأنظمة التخصصية.
- تحديد مشكلات الجودة المحتملة في مرحلة مبكرة وتقديم توصيات لمنع إعادة العمل.
- تعزيز الوعي بالجودة والامتثال بين المقاولين وفرق التصنيع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تفتيش الهياكل الفولاذية أو التصنيع أو التركيب أو مراقبة جودة البناء.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المطارات الكبرى أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الصناعية أو التجارية أو واسعة النطاق.
- معرفة قوية بمتطلبات تصنيع الهياكل الفولاذية واللحام والتثبيت والتركيب والطلاء والتفتيش.
- خبرة في العمل مع مصنّعي الهياكل الفولاذية والمقاولين والاستشاريين ووكالات التفتيش الخارجية.
- فهم جيد للمخططات والمواصفات وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) ووثائق اللحام وإجراءات التفتيش.
- شهادة مفتش لحام معتمد من AWS (CWI) مفضلة للغاية.
- شهادة مفتش لحام CSWIP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مؤهلات في الاختبارات غير التدميرية (NDT) مثل UT وMT وPT أو RT تعتبر ميزة.
- شهادة مفتش طلاء من NACE/AMPP تعتبر ميزة.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structural Steel inspector - Saudi National to join our team!
The Structural Steel Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring all structural steel fabrication, erection, installation, welding, bolting, and associated activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and standards, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and client requirements.
The role will work closely with the Quality team, Structural Engineers, Construction teams, contractors, fabrication facilities, third-party inspectors, and consultants to ensure that structural steel works meet the required quality, safety, dimensional, and technical standards from fabrication through final installation and handover.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspect structural steel fabrication and erection activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements.
- Review and verify approved shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material specifications, and erection drawings.
- Conduct inspections at fabrication yards and project sites as required.
- Verify structural steel materials against approved material submittals and specifications.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Mill Certificates, Certificates of Conformity, and other material documentation.
- Verify steel grades, sizes, thicknesses, dimensions, heat numbers, and material traceability.
- Inspect steel fabrication activities including cutting, drilling, forming, fit-up, assembly, and preparation.
- Inspect welding activities and verify compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and applicable requirements.
- Verify welder qualifications and ensure welding is performed by approved and qualified personnel.
- Monitor pre-welding preparations, joint fit-up, alignment, preheating, welding parameters, and post-weld requirements.
- Coordinate and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) including UT, MT, PT, RT, and visual inspection as applicable.
- Review NDT reports and verify that results meet specified acceptance criteria.
- Inspect bolted connections, including bolt type, grade, size, installation, tightening, and torque/tension requirements.
- Verify installation of high-strength structural bolts and associated connection components.
- Conduct dimensional inspections of fabricated and erected steel structures.
- Verify structural steel alignment, level, plumbness, tolerances, elevations, and connection geometry.
- Inspect surface preparation, blasting, cleaning, and coating application.
- Verify paint/coating systems, DFT requirements, environmental conditions, and coating inspection records.
- Inspect fireproofing / fire protection systems applied to structural steel where applicable.
- Verify anchor bolts, base plates, embedded items, and steel-to-concrete interfaces.
- Monitor erection activities and ensure temporary stability and approved erection procedures are maintained.
- Review lifting and erection activities from a quality and technical inspection perspective.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers regarding technical issues, deviations, and field modifications.
- Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Inspection Requests (SIRs), and Quality Observations where required.
- Verify implementation and closure of corrective actions related to structural steel works.
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, photographs, and quality records.
- Maintain accurate inspection and material traceability documentation.
- Witness and document required hold points, witness points, and inspection activities in accordance with approved ITPs.
- Review contractor quality documentation and ensure required records are complete and traceable.
- Participate in fabrication inspections, pre-shipment inspections, site inspections, and final acceptance inspections.
- Verify structural steel works against applicable AISC, AWS, ASTM, ASME, BS, EN, ISO, and project-specific requirements, as applicable.
- Support quality audits and provide objective evidence of inspection and compliance.
- Monitor punch-list items and verify satisfactory completion before final acceptance.
- Support preparation of as-built records, inspection dossiers, welding documentation, NDT records, coating reports, and final handover documentation.
- Coordinate with commissioning and handover teams where structural steel works interface with mechanical, electrical, architectural, or specialist systems.
- Identify potential quality issues at an early stage and provide recommendations to prevent rework.
- Promote quality awareness and compliance among contractors and fabrication teams.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in structural steel inspection, fabrication, erection, or construction quality control.
- Proven experience on major airport, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, welding, bolting, erection, coating, and inspection requirements.
- Experience working with structural steel fabricators, contractors, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications, ITPs, welding documentation, and inspection procedures.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is highly preferred.
- CSWIP Welding Inspector certification is an advantage.
- NDT qualifications such as UT, MT, PT, or RT are advantageous.
- NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector certification is an advantage.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Quality certification is preferred.
- Relevant professional engineering certification is an advantage.
