انضم إلى شركة سي إيه إي (CAE) في الشرق الأوسط كأخصائي تقني في أجهزة التدريب على الطيران (FSTD Technical Specialist) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في الحفاظ على تشغيل أحدث تقنيات التدريب على الطيران في مركز تدريب جديد تابع لشركة طيران الرياض. هذا الدور تقني للغاية وعملي، حيث ستتولى مسؤولية التحكم في تكوين البرمجيات، وتشخيص وحل المشكلات المعقدة في البرمجيات والأجهزة، وتطوير وتحسين النظم، والمساهمة في أنشطة أداء المحاكاة والاعتماد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم أجهزة التدريب على محاكاة الطيران وأجهزة تدريب طاقم الطائرة: كن نقطة اتصال للمشكلات المعقدة (برمجيات و/أو أجهزة و/أداء QTG)، وقدم الدعم الفني والتدريب أثناء العمل للزملاء المهندسين والفنيين، والتوزيع قصير المدى في حالات التوقف عن العمل.
  • المسؤولية عن التحكم في تكوين البرمجيات (Software Configuration Control) لجميع أجهزة التدريب. تصحيح الأخطاء وتحديد المشكلات المعقدة وحلها فعليًا (برمجيات و/أو أجهزة و/أو أداء QTG). تطوير وتنفيذ واختبار وتكامل وعرض الإصلاحات (محلية و/أو من CAE-MTL) على جميع أجهزة المحاكاة. مراقبة مشكلات المحاكاة ومعالجة البنود المسندة للأخصائيين.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات المشاريع عند الحاجة. مراجعة تصميم النظام وهندسته للتأكد من توافقه مع متطلبات المشروع والعملاء. دعم فريق CAE-MTL أثناء التثبيت من حيث تكامل البرمجيات والأداء QTG ومتطلبات الأجهزة. المشاركة في عملية القبول ومراجعة وقبول الـ Master QTG الأولي.
  • عند الاقتضاء، كن نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للجهات الرسمية للتقييمات الدورية وتقارير الحالة بعد التقييم والاتصالات العامة المتعلقة بالجهات الرسمية.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية المنتظمة واجتماعات تقييم NAA واجتماعات مراجعة SLA مع الإدارة العليا لـ CAE و/أو العميل. التفاعل والعمل عن كثب مع العملاء والمهندسين والجهات الرسمية. التنسيق مع خدمة العملاء لدى CAE لمتابعة القضايا الهامة للأعمال. دعم اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع احتمالية السفر الدولي.
  • الامتثال لمعايير وتعليمات وإجراءات العمل الآمنة للصحة والسلامة البيئية المحلية والعالمية لـ CAE. ممارسة واجب الرعاية تجاه الصحة والسلامة المهنية للفرد والآخرين الذين قد يتأثرون بعمله.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع خبرة لا تقل عن سبع إلى عشر سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة ببرمجيات وتطبيقات CAE بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر CAELIB و STARTEAM و إطار Strive و الأنظمة البصرية و SIM XXI و Simfinity و Launchpad و ITMS.
  • معرفة بلغات البرمجة C و C++ و FORTRAN ولغات السكريبت (Perl).
  • معرفة بأدوات التطوير من Microsoft لمنصة Windows (Visual Studio 6.0 وما فوق).

Join CAE Middle East as a Simulator Software Engineer and play a critical role in keeping cutting-edge flight training technology operational at Riyadh Air’s new training centre in Saudi Arabia. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will take ownership of software configuration control, diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues, develop and integrate system improvements, and contribute to simulator performance and certification activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Flight Simulator Training Devices and Cabin Crew Training Devices: Point of contact for complex issues (Software, and/or hardware, and/or performance-QTG), lead and offer technical support and on the job training to fellow engineers and technicians, short-term dispatch on AOG situations.
  • Accountable for Software Configuration Control on all training devices. Debug, identify and actively participate in solving complex issues (software, and/or hardware, and/or performance-QTG). Develop, implement, test, integrate, and present fixes (local and/or from CAE-MTL) on all simulators. Monitor Sim issues and action / update issues that are assigned to the specialists.
  • Participate in project reviews as required. Review system design and architecture to ensure it meets the requirements of the project and customers. Provide support to the CAE-MTL team during installation in terms of software integration, performance-QTG, and hardware requirements. Can be involved in the acceptance process, and the review and acceptance of the initial Master QTG.
  • As applicable, be the main point of contact for the relevant authorities for recurrent evaluations, post evaluation status reports, and general authority related communications.
  • Participate in regular technical meetings, NAA evaluation debrief meetings, and SLA review meetings with CAE upper management and/or the customer. Interact and work closely with customers, engineers, and the authorities. Coordinate with the CAE Customer Service to follow-up on business critical issues. Support the Service Level Agreements within the Middle East Region, with possible international travel.
  • Comply with local & global CAE Environmental Health & Safety standards, instructions, and safe working procedures. Exercise duty of care for own H&S, and that of others who may be affected by his/her work.

  

Job-Related Skills/Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum of seven to ten years related experience.
  • Knowledge of CAE software and applications including but not limited to CAELIB, STARTEAM, Strive framework, Visual Systems, SIM XXI, Simfinity, Launchpad, ITMS.
  • Knowledge of C, C++ and FORTRAN programming languages and scripting languages (Perl).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft development tools for Windows platform (Visual Studio 6.0 and higher).
  • Knowledge of simulated systems and instruments/avionics interface including but not limited to SIM XXI, CAE R3, R4, & R5 technology and 7000 XR.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, team player.
  • Strong planning and organizational skill. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and strong project and assigned tasks ownership as well as ability to work and make decisions unsupervised.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Environment and PC hardware.
  • Good knowledge of simulated systems and the interface with Aircraft instruments and avionics.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the following items: Operating system(s), Programming Language(s), Software and System Architecture, Software Development tools and utilities, Software configuration and Management Tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot & debug integrated systems.
  • Good understanding of the relevant Configuration Management and Control process.
  • Good knowledge of Flight Aerodynamics.
  • Experience with Qualification Test Guide.
  • Good knowledge of local & International (EASA, FAA, etc) regulations, with demonstrated experience, as they pertain to FSTDs.
