تنضم شركة سي إيه إي (CAE) إلى الرياض كأحد أبرز مزودي حلول التدريب على الطيران، وتعلن عن حاجتها إلى مهندس محاكيات طيران أول (FSTD) للمساعدة في تأسيس العمليات الفنية لمركز تدريب شركة طيران الرياض الجديد في المملكة العربية السعودية. تتيح هذه الوظيفة فرصة التعامل مع مجموعة واسعة من أجهزة المحاكاة والأنظمة الحديثة، مع إمكانيات للتطور الوظيفي داخل القسم الفني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم أجهزة محاكاة التدريب وأجهزة التدريب الأخرى: حضور مكالمات الصيانة، إعداد الأجهزة، التحويلات، العروض التوضيحية، المساعدة أثناء اختبارات الطيران على المحاكي، دعم أنشطة إزالة الأعطال، وغير ذلك.
  • تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية (PMTs) والجاهزية اليومية (DR) وتشغيل دورات اختبار QTG المتكررة وتحديث قاعدة بيانات الطائرات (ADB) وتحديث خطط الدروس (IOS LP) على أجهزة التدريب والأنظمة المرتبطة بها، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع المهام وفق المعايير ومتابعة أي قصور وإغلاقها في الوقت المناسب.
  • تشخيص وحل مشاكل أجهزة التدريب بما في ذلك حالات التوقف عن الخدمة (AOG) والمشكلات المرفوعة من السلطات (NAA). إجراء تجديد الأجهزة المادية والتعديلات. تحديد المشكلات المتكررة والعمل على إيجاد حلول دائمة. متابعة نظام SimHub/Simissues للتحديثات واستخدام نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب لتسجيل وتتبع ومراجعة وتحديث ومراقبة أوجه القصور وأنشطة الصيانة الأخرى. إعداد تقارير لإدارة العمليات الفنية لمراقبة الأداء وتحديد الاتجاهات.
  • قد يُكلَّف بدور قائد الوردية أو قائد الفريق أو مسؤول الجهاز أو مسؤول المهمة، مع إدارة جميع جوانب الدور المُسند بشكل مستقل. إنشاء أو تحسين أو تحديث الإجراءات والتعليمات للمهام الجديدة والروتينية وغير الروتينية.
  • العمل مع المتخصصين الفنيين في FSTD بشأن المشكلات التي تتطلب اختبارًا وحلاً، وتولي مشاريع خاصة بناءً على احتياجات تشغيل مركز التدريب.
  • توجيه الزملاء الأقل خبرة وتوفير التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) لهم، ودعمهم في المهام الأكثر تعقيدًا وأثناء مهام الصيانة التصحيحية. السعي لاكتساب المعرفة والمهارات ليصبح خبيرًا تقنيًا في نظام واحد أو أكثر من أنظمة FSTD (مثل الأنظمة البصرية وأنظمة الحركة وأنظمة التحكم في الطيران واختبارات QTG).
  • الامتثال لمعايير وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة البيئية المحلية والعالمية لشركة CAE وإجراءات العمل الآمنة، وممارسة واجب العناية بصحته وسلامته وصحة وسلامة الآخرين الذين قد يتأثرون بعمله.
  • تحديد أولويات معظم مهام الصيانة وتخطيطها وتنسيقها، ومراجعة وتحديث جميع المشكلات بانتظام لأغراض التخطيط، وإعداد تقارير للمراجعة خلال الاجتماعات الفنية، وضمان جاهزية أجهزة التدريب للتقييمات الدورية من السلطات (NAA)، والتأكد من تحديث جميع سجلات الصيانة.
  • ضمان تحقيق جميع أجهزة التدريب لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) الخاصة بشركة CAE والقسم واتفاقية مستوى الخدمة (SLA). التأكد من معالجة جميع المشاريع والمهام اليومية (DRs) وإغلاقها في الوقت المناسب، وضمان حل المشكلات الحرجة للسلطات والعملاء ضمن الأهداف المحددة.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية الأسبوعية وتقييمات (NAA) والتدقيقات الداخلية/الخارجية واجتماعات مراجعة (SLA) مع الإدارة العليا لـ CAE و/أو العميل. العمل كنائب مدير أو قائد مجموعة العمليات الفنية في غيابه. العمل مع خدمة العملاء في CAE لمتابعة المشكلات الحرجة.
  • المساعدة والمشاركة الفعالة في تقييم الأداء السنوي للفريق والأفراد، ومساعدة مدير أو قائد مجموعة العمليات الفنية في إعداد خطة تطوير الموظفين. توجيه ومشاركة المعرفة مع زملائه المهندسين والفنيين لتطوير مهاراتهم، وإعداد ورش عمل فنية وتوفير التدريب أثناء العمل لموظفي الدعم في FSTD.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة دبلوم فني أو درجة في مجال الإلكترونيات أو الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا أو هندسة الطيران/الفضاء، مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 سنوات ذات صلة.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
  • شخص مندمج وذو دافعية عالية.
  • توجه قوي نحو العملاء مع القدرة على التعامل بلباقة في المواقف الحساسة.

Join CAE Middle East as a Senior Flight Simulator Engineer and help establish the technical operations supporting Riyadh Air’s new training centre in Saudi Arabia.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of modern simulators, systems, and equipment, providing opportunities for learning, development, and progression within the technical function.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Support the Flight Simulator Training Devices and Other Training Devices: Attend maintenance calls, device setup, conversions, demos, assist during Simulator Flight Tests, support snag clearance activities, etc…
    • Independently perform the Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs), Daily Readiness (DR), Recurrent QTG runs, Aircraft Database (ADB) updates, & IOS Lesson Plan (LP) updates on the training devices & associated systems. Ensure that all tasks are carried out according to the standards. Ensure that deficiencies associated with these tasks are followed up, actioned, and closed in a timely manner.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve training device issues, including AOGs and NAA raised issues. Perform hardware refurbishment, and modifications. Identify recurring issues and work to pursue permanent solutions. Monitor SimHub/Simissues for updates & use the Computerized Maintenance Management System to record, track, review, update, & monitor deficiencies and other maintenance activities. Produce reports for TCOPS Management to monitor performance and identify trends.
    • May be assigned to the role of Shift Lead, Team Lead, Device Caretaker or Task Caretaker. Manage all aspects of the assigned role autonomously. Create, improve, or update procedures & guidelines for new, routine, and non-routine tasks.
    • Work with the FSTD Technical Specialists on issues that require testing, troubleshooting. Take on special projects based on the needs of the Training Center Operation.
    • Mentor & provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to more junior colleagues. Provide support for work on more complex tasks & during corrective maintenance tasks. Pursue knowledge and skills to strive to become a technical expert in one or more FSTD system. (i.e. Visual, Motion, Flt Controls, QTGs, etc…)
    • Comply with local & global CAE Environmental Health & Safety standards, instructions, and safe working procedures. Exercise duty of care for own H&S, and that of others who may be affected by his/her work.
    • Prioritize, plan, & coordinate most maintenance tasks, regularly review and update all issues for planning purposes, generate reports for review during technical meetings, ensure that the training devices are ready for NAA recurrent evaluations, make sure that all maintenance records are up-to-date.
    • Ensure that all training devices achieve the CAE, Departmental, and Service Level Agreement KPIs. Ensure that all projects and DRs are worked on, addressed, and brought to closure in a timely manner.  Make sure that authority and customer business critical issues are cleared within specified targets.
    • Participate in weekly technical meetings, NAA evaluations, internal/external audits, & SLA review meetings with CAE upper management and/or the customer. Act as Deputy Manager or Group Leader Technical Operations in his/her absence.  Work with CAE Customer Service to follow-up on business-critical issues.
    • Assist and actively participate in the yearly performance evaluation of the team and individuals.  Assist the Manager or Group Leader Technical Operations in the generation of the employee development plan. Mentor and share knowledge with fellow engineers and technicians in order to develop their skillsets. Develop technical workshops and provide on the job training to FSTD Support Staff.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Technical College Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical/Aerospace Field and at least 7 years of related work experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of the English Language, both spoken and written.
    • Highly engaged and motivated individual.
    • Highly customer oriented and must be able to deal tactfully in sensitive situations.
    • Excellent workmanship and strong contributor within a team environment.
    • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules and shift patterns.
    • Good understanding of aircraft and FSTD terminology.
    • Able to interpret schematics and other technical documents pertaining to FSTDs.
    • Able to perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Daily Readiness on FSTDs.
    • Knowledge of Analog and Digital principles and theory.
    • Must possess adequate troubleshooting skills of Electronic, Electric, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems.
    • Able to mentor and provide On the Job Training to more junior colleagues.
    • Must be skilled in the use of test equipment, and software diagnostics tools.
    • Good understanding and comprehension of Aircraft Systems, Avionics, Motion, and Visual Systems.
    • Good computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc…)
    • Basic knowledge of computer mainframe/architecture, networking, operating systems (Windows NT/XP, UNIX, Linux, AIX), and software languages (C, C++, FORTRAN).
    • Strong knowledge of local & International (EASA, FAA, etc) regulations pertaining to Flight Simulation Training Devices.
