انضم إلى CAE الشرق الأوسط كمهندس برمجيات محاكاة (FSTD Technical Specialist-EN) في الرياض، حيث ستتولى دوراً تقنياً محورياً في المحافظة على تشغيل تقنية التدريب على الطيران المتطورة في مركز تدريب الرياض الجديد في المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل المسؤوليات إدارة التحكم في إعدادات البرمجيات، تشخيص وحل المشكلات المعقدة (برمجية و/أو عتادية)، تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة، والمشاركة في أنشطة الأداء والاعتماد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أجهزة محاكاة التدريب على الطيران وأجهزة تدريب طاقم المقصورة: نقطة اتصال للمشكلات المعقدة (برمجية و/أو عتادية و/أداء- QTG)، تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب أثناء العمل للمهندسين والفنيين، الانتداب قصير المدى في حالات الطوارئ (AOG).
- المسؤولية عن التحكم في إعدادات البرمجيات لجميع أجهزة التدريب، تصحيح الأخطاء وتحديد المشكلات المعقدة والمشاركة بنشاط في حلها (برمجية و/أو عتادية و/أداء-QTG). تطوير وتنفيذ واختبار ودمج وتقديم الإصلاحات (محلية و/أو من CAE-MTL) على جميع أجهزة المحاكاة. متابعة مشكلات المحاكي وتحديث القضايا المسندة للمتخصصين.
- المشاركة في مراجعات المشاريع حسب الحاجة. مراجعة تصميم النظام وهيكله لضمان توافقه مع متطلبات المشروع والعملاء. تقديم الدعم لفريق CAE-MTL أثناء التركيب من حيث تكامل البرمجيات وأداء-QTG ومتطلبات العتاد، ويمكن أن يشارك في عملية القبول ومراجعة وقبول Master QTG الأولي.
- يكون - عند الاقتضاء - نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للجهات المختصة للتقييمات الدورية وتقارير حالة ما بعد التقييم والاتصالات العامة المتعلقة بالجهات المختصة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية الدورية واجتماعات تقييم NAA واجتماعات مراجعة SLA مع الإدارة العليا لـ CAE و/أو العميل. التفاعل والعمل عن كثب مع العملاء والمهندسين والجهات المختصة. التنسيق مع خدمة العملاء في CAE لمتابعة القضايا الحرجة تجارياً. دعم اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع سفر دولي محتمل.
- الامتثال لمعايير وتعليمات وإجراءات العمل الآمنة المحلية والعالمية لـ CAE للصحة والسلامة البيئية. ممارسة واجب الرعاية تجاه صحته وسلامته وصحة وسلامة الآخرين الذين قد يتأثرون بعمله.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة ببرمجيات وتطبيقات CAE بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: CAELIB و STARTEAM و Strive framework و Visual Systems و SIM XXI و Simfinity و Launchpad و ITMS.
- معرفة بلغات البرمجة C و C++ و FORTRAN ولغات البرمجة النصية (Perl).
- معرفة بأدوات التطوير من Microsoft لمنصة Windows (Visual Studio 6.0 والإصدارات الأحدث).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Flight Simulator Training Devices and Cabin Crew Training Devices: Point of contact for complex issues (Software, and/or hardware, and/or performance-QTG), lead and offer technical support and on the job training to fellow engineers and technicians, short-term dispatch on AOG situations.
- Accountable for Software Configuration Control on all training devices. Debug, identify and actively participate in solving complex issues (software, and/or hardware, and/or performance-QTG). Develop, implement, test, integrate, and present fixes (local and/or from CAE-MTL) on all simulators. Monitor Sim issues and action / update issues that are assigned to the specialists.
- Participate in project reviews as required. Review system design and architecture to ensure it meets the requirements of the project and customers. Provide support to the CAE-MTL team during installation in terms of software integration, performance-QTG, and hardware requirements. Can be involved in the acceptance process, and the review and acceptance of the initial Master QTG.
- As applicable, be the main point of contact for the relevant authorities for recurrent evaluations, post evaluation status reports, and general authority related communications.
- Participate in regular technical meetings, NAA evaluation debrief meetings, and SLA review meetings with CAE upper management and/or the customer. Interact and work closely with customers, engineers, and the authorities. Coordinate with the CAE Customer Service to follow-up on business critical issues. Support the Service Level Agreements within the Middle East Region, with possible international travel.
- Comply with local & global CAE Environmental Health & Safety standards, instructions, and safe working procedures. Exercise duty of care for own H&S, and that of others who may be affected by his/her work.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum of seven to ten years related experience.
- Knowledge of CAE software and applications including but not limited to CAELIB, STARTEAM, Strive framework, Visual Systems, SIM XXI, Simfinity, Launchpad, ITMS.
- Knowledge of C, C++ and FORTRAN programming languages and scripting languages (Perl).
- Knowledge of Microsoft development tools for Windows platform (Visual Studio 6.0 and higher).
- Knowledge of simulated systems and instruments/avionics interface including but not limited to SIM XXI, CAE R3, R4, & R5 technology and 7000 XR.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, team player.
- Strong planning and organizational skill. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology.
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong project and assigned tasks ownership as well as ability to work and make decisions unsupervised.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Result-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows Environment and PC hardware.
