انضم إلى CAE الشرق الأوسط كمهندس محاكي طيران (FSTD) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في إنشاء العمليات الفنية لمركز تدريب جديد لصالح رياض إير.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
في هذا الدور العملي، ستقوم بتنفيذ أنشطة تقنية معقدة ولكن ثابتة، بما في ذلك الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية في المكتب وفي موقع العميل والميدان. قد تساهم أيضًا في أنشطة التصميم المختارة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة أثناء جلسات التقييم الذاتي (flyouts) وإزالة العيوب المعلقة.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية (PMTs) والتأهب اليومي (DR) لأجهزة التدريب والأنظمة المرتبطة بها بشكل مستقل.
- ضمان إتمام مهام الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا للمعايير، والتوقيع عليها بشكل صحيح، ومتابعة وإغلاق جميع العيوب الناتجة في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان إتمام جميع اختبارات QTG الدورية؛ والتعامل مع العيوب ومتابعتها.
- استكشاف المشكلات المتعلقة بـ QTG وإصلاحها، والتعاون مع أخصائي QTG والزملاء الأكبر سنًا حسب الحاجة.
- تشخيص واستكشاف وحل المشكلات الفنية على أجهزة التدريب، وتحديث سجلات DR ذات الصلة فورًا.
- دعم الزملاء الأكبر سنًا أثناء حالات AOG (طائرة على الأرض) والحفاظ على تواصل قوي مع فرق اللوجستيات والجدولة والتدريب لضمان سير التدريب بسلاسة.
- مراقبة تقارير Simissues ومعالجة العناصر المسندة إلى الفريق الميداني وتحديثها.
- إجراء الاختبارات المطلوبة وتقديم تغذية راجعة واضحة وموجزة.
- التنسيق مع الزملاء الأكبر سنًا لضمان معالجة العيوب (Snags) وطلبات تغيير البرامج (SPRs).
- استخدام نظام إدارة الصيانة لتسجيل وتتبع ومراجعة أنشطة الصيانة.
- الامتثال لمعايير CAE المحلية والعالمية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) وإجراءات العمل الآمنة، وإظهار الالتزام القوي بالرعاية الواجبة لسلامة الفريق والشخصية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم كلية تقنية أو درجة في الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الطيران.
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- مبادرة واضحة وقدرة على العمل تحت إشراف ضئيل.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات المرنة والتكيف مع الجداول وأنماط المناوبات المتغيرة.
- فهم مناسب لمصطلحات الطيران وأجهزة تدريب المحاكاة.
- القدرة على تفسير المخططات والوثائق التقنية المتعلقة بأجهزة المحاكاة.
- معرفة مبادئ ونظرية الأنظمة التناظرية والرقمية.
- مهارات استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها للأنظمة الإلكترونية والكهربائية والهيدروليكية والهوائية.
- المهارة في استخدام معدات الاختبار وأدوات تشخيص البرمجيات.
- فهم أساسي لأنظمة إلكترونيات الطيران (avionics) والحركة (motion) والرؤية (visual).
- مهارات كمبيوتر جيدة، بما في ذلك Microsoft Office (Word وExcel وغيرها).
- معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب الرئيسي/الهيكلية (mainframe/architecture) والشبكات وأنظمة التشغيل (Windows NT/XP وUNIX وLinux وAIX).

In this hands-on role, you will perform complex but established technical activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance in the office, at the customer site, and in the field. You may also contribute to selected design activities.
Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist during subjective flyouts and perform snag clearance.
- Independently carry out Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs) and Daily Readiness (DR) on training devices and associated systems.
- Ensure PMTs are completed according to standards, properly signed off, and that all generated deficiencies are followed up and closed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all recurrent QTG runs are completed; action and follow up on all deficiencies.
- Troubleshoot QTG‑related issues and collaborate with the QTG specialist and senior colleagues as needed.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on training devices and promptly update related DRs.
- Support senior colleagues during AOG situations and maintain strong communication with logistics, scheduling, and training teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Monitor Simissues and action/update items assigned to the on‑site team.
- Perform required tests and provide clear, concise feedback.
- Coordinate with senior colleagues to ensure Snags and SPRs are actioned.
- Use the Maintenance Management System to record, track, and review maintenance activities.
- Comply with local and global CAE Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and safe‑working procedures, demonstrating strong duty of care for personal and team safety.
- Technical College Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Aviation field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules and shift patterns.
- Suitable understanding of aircraft terminology and simulation training devices.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical documents relevant to simulation devices.
- Knowledge of analog and digital principles and theory.
- Troubleshooting skills for electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Skilled in the use of test equipment and software diagnostic tools.
- Basic understanding of avionics, motion, and visual systems.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computer mainframe/architecture, networking, and operating systems (Windows NT/XP, UNIX, Linux, AIX).
- Exposure to a wide range of modern simulators, systems, and equipment, providing opportunities for learning, development, and progression.
