تعلن أمازون عن توفر وظيفة مدير عمليات (RDC Operations Executive) في السلي، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن نبحث عن قائد فريق لعمليات UFG UTR في المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات UTR اليومية من البداية إلى النهاية لموقع كبير أو مجموعة من المواقع الصغيرة، والإشراف على عمليات المتجر.
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الموجهة للعملاء مع الحفاظ على أهداف الجودة التشغيلية والسلامة ومعنويات الفريق.
- إدارة أداء أعضاء الفريق، وإعداد وتنفيذ خطط التدريب والتطوير للمنتقين (pickers).
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة من التجار لتحسين عملية التشغيل وتحقيق تحسن مستدام في الأداء.
- إجراء تدقيقات 4M / 5S وسلامة GEMBA للمتاجر يومياً.
- العمل كبديل لمدير المنطقة (Area Manager).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في دور تشغيلي.

Description
We're seeking a Team lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing, on a daily basis, end to end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:
Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
Stand-in for Area Manager.
