نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مشرف العمليات الإشراف على إدارة الورديات في أحد مراكز تنفيذ الميل الأول أو مراكز الفرز في الميل الأوسط أو محطات التوصيل في الميل الأخير. يشكل مشرفو العمليات نبض العمليات الميدانية ويلعبون دوراً محورياً في إيصال طلبات العملاء في كل مرحلة من سلسلة التوصيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة العمل.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا.
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تقديم معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالوردية بشكل مستمر للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين.
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال الورديات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها.
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم أو الإدارات الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمليات، وتطبيق نظام 5S، والسلامة، والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة وقراءة بطلاقة.
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها.
- المرونة في العمل بنظام المناوبات (ورديات) بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والليالي، والعطلات الرسمية.
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً (22 كجم)، والوقوف أو المشي خلال ورديات تستمر حتى 12 ساعة، والقدرة على الدفع، والسحب، والقرفصاء، والانحناء، والوصول بشكل متكرر.
- العمل 40 ساعة أسبوعياً مع العمل الإضافي عند الحاجة.
- يفضل: خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في مراقبة أرضية المنشأة (Amnesty Floor Monitoring) في أمازون.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومستوى عالٍ من المسؤولية والالتزام بالقيادة بالقدوة.
- القدرة على تطوير الخبرة في جميع العمليات التشغيلية.

As an Operations Supervisor you will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfilment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout the shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. Capable of developing expertise in all operational processes.
- Able to analyze data, motivate team members to excel, and, most importantly, consistently place the customer at the center of all decision-making.
- Willing and able to work weekends and provide overtime support as needed (AM & PM).
- Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts and variable work hours.
