كلية لينكولن الدولية (LCI) في الرياض تبحث عن مدرب تقني - الهندسة الصناعية/الهندسة التصنيعية للعمل بدوام كامل اعتباراً من 1 يوليو 2026 بعقد مدته سنة واحدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم جلسات تدريبية تقنية في الفصول الدراسية وورش العمل والتطبيقات العملية.
  • تيسير التعلم عبر العروض التقديمية والتجارب العملية ودراسات الحالة والمحاكاة والأنشطة التطبيقية.
  • دعم المتدربين في تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة وأفضل الممارسات في بيئة العمل.
  • متابعة تقدم المتعلمين وتقديم الإرشاد والتوجيه والملاحظات البنّاءة.
  • تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث المواد التدريبية وخطط الدروس والعروض التقديمية والتقييمات والتمارين العملية.
  • ضمان توافق المحتوى التدريبي مع المعايير الصناعية والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات الحالية.
  • دمج منهجيات إدارة المشاريع والتميز التشغيلي والتحسين المستمر في تقديم التدريب.
  • إجراء تقييمات للمتدربين وتقييم كفاءاتهم مقابل مخرجات التعلم.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات تدريب وتقييم دقيقة.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة في جميع الأنشطة التدريبية.
  • ضمان الامتثال للسياسات التنظيمية والإجراءات والمتطلبات الرقابية.
  • الحفاظ على مرافق التدريب والمعدات والموارد في حالة آمنة وفعّالة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة التصنيعية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال الصناعي أو التصنيعي.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريب أو التوجيه أو التعليم أو التقديم العملي.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات التصنيع وأنظمة الإنتاج وإدارة الجودة والتميز التشغيلي.
  • مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتواصل والتيسير.
  • قدرة قوية على كتابة التقارير والتوثيق.
  • إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS).
  • المؤهلات المفضلة: شهادة PMP، حزام أخضر أو أسود في Lean Six Sigma، شهادات مهنية في التصنيع أو الجودة أو التحسين المستمر.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية. يجب على غير الناطقين بالإنجليزية إثبات كفاءة تعادل 6.5 في IELTS Academic أو أعلى.

The Opportunity

Lincoln College International KSA is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer - Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Riyadh.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop the next generation of engineering and manufacturing professionals by delivering high-quality technical training and supporting workforce development initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will bring strong industrial experience, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Deliver classroom-based, workshop, and practical technical training sessions.

  • Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities.

  • Support trainees in applying engineering principles and workplace best practices.

  • Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.

  • Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

  • Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery.

Assessment and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Health, Safety and Compliance

  • Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing industry experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong report writing and documentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

  • Professional certifications in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement.

Language Requirement

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5 or higher.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: SAR 17,680

  • Housing Allowance: SAR 4,420 

  • Transportation Allowance: SAR 500 

  • Flight Allowance: SAR 500 

Total Monthly Gross Package: SAR 23,100
