كلية لينكولن الدولية تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مدربين (رجال ونساء) في تخصص الأنظمة الكهربائية للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن كلية صناعية حديثة متخصصة تدعم رؤية 2030.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريب نظري وعملي عالي الجودة في وحدات تشمل: صيانة وإصلاح وتجديد (MRO) للأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة الطيران في مجال الطيران والدفاع، ودوائر الطاقة ونقلها (من الأساسيات إلى المتقدم)، وتقنية الجهد العالي وسلامة الأنظمة، وعناصر الآلات الكهربائية وأنظمة القيادة، وتصنيع وتجميع وفحص لوحات الدارات المطبوعة (PCB)، وتشخيص الأنظمة الإلكترونية من اختبار ومعايرة واستكشاف أعطال.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ دروس وورش عمل وتقييمات عملية وجذابة تتماشى مع معايير الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • ضمان تركيز التدريب على التطبيقات الواقعية والكفاءات التقنية المرتبطة بالمجال.
  • تقييم الفهم النظري والعملي للمتدربين وتقديم ملاحظات منظمة لدعم التعلم وتطوير المهارات.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية لجودة التعليم والتعلم من خلال مراجعات الأقران وملاحظات الدروس.
  • إشراك وتحفيز المتدربين لتعزيز التميز التقني والسلوك المهني.
  • إدارة محتوى الدورات ومعدلات النجاح لضمان نتائج تعلم فعالة.
  • تطوير وتحسين المواد التدريبية بما يتوافق مع التطورات الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير وتعزيز برامج الكلية التدريبية لتبقى في طليعة التكنولوجيا وأفضل الممارسات.
  • إجراء التقييمات والتحقق الداخلي والحفاظ على التوثيق وفق سياسات الكلية.
  • ضمان سلامة وأداء وصيانة معدات التدريب وأدواته ومرافق المختبر.
  • تنظيم أنشطة إثرائية مثل الزيارات الصناعية والمحاضرات الضيفة والمشاريع العملية.
  • دعم اختيار واستقطاب وتسجيل المتدربين في برامج الكلية.
  • تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والدعم المهني للمتدربين لضمان نجاحهم في البرنامج والانتقال إلى التوظيف.
  • تعزيز تكافؤ الفرص والحماية والرفاهية داخل بيئة التدريب.
  • العمل ضمن فريق تدريب مرن والتعاون مع الزملاء لتحسين تجربة التعلم.
  • المواكبة المستمرة للتطورات الصناعية والتربوية من خلال التطوير المهني المستمر.
  • إكمال شهادة المستوى 4 في التعليم والتدريب (بدعم من الكلية) خلال ستة أشهر من البدء في حال عدم وجود مؤهل تدريسي رسمي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الأنظمة الكهربائية، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تصنيع أو دفاعية.
  • الحصول على دبلوم على الأقل (أو ما يعادله) في تخصص: التقنية الكهربائية، التقنية الإلكترونية، أنظمة الطيران، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ أو شهادات مهنية معترف بها في مجال ذي صلة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على تحفيز المتدربين وإشراكهم.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B1 على الأقل وفق الإطار الأوروبي المرجعي (CEFR)، مع تقديم دليل على الكفاءة (IELTS, TOEFL, STEP أو ما يعادلها) لغير الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على اجتياز الفحص الأمني المشدد المطلوب للوظيفة.
  • فهم جيد لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • يفضل أن تتضمن الخبرة السابقة واحدًا أو أكثر من: إجراءات الصيانة والإصلاح والتجديد (MRO) للأنظمة الكهربائية الجوية/الدفاعية، وأنظمة القيادة الكهربائية ومحركات السيرفو، واختبار وتحليل سلامة أنظمة الجهد العالي، وتصميم وتصنيع وإعادة تصنيع لوحات الدارات المطبوعة (PCB) وفق المعايير، والاختبارات الإلكترونية المتقدمة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة تدريس أو تدريب سابقة في بيئة تقنية أو مهنية.
  • يفضل الحصول على مؤهل تدريسي معترف به (مثل شهادة المستوى 4 في التعليم والتدريب، PGCE، أو ما يعادله).
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في استخدام تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي (VR) والواقع المعزز (AR).
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في التقييم والتحقق الداخلي.
  • يفضل خبرة في التقييم النهائي (EPA) أو مؤهل مقيم مثل CAVA أو TAQA.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية معترف بها مثل: Lean Six Sigma (حزام أخضر أو أعلى)، أو شهادة إدارة مشاريع PMP أو PRINCE 2 Practitioner.

JOB PURPOSE:

Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise in Electrical Systems, covering the design, operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and interpretation of primarily electrical technologies with some additional focus on electronic technologies. The role will span integrating and applying electrical and electronic systems across various industrial platforms. Training delivery will primarily be situated within the context of defense systems, ensuring relevance to applications across aerospace, land and naval sectors.

The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process.

Good competency in English is mandatory. Non-native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam.

An offer of employment will be made subject to final approval from the client.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training & Course Delivery

  1. Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:

    • MRO for Aerospace and Defense Electrical and Avionics Systems

    • Power Circuits and Transmission (Fundamentals through to Advanced)

    • High Voltage Technology and System Integrity

    • Electrical Machine Elements and Drive Systems

    • PCB Manufacturing, Assembly and Inspection

    • Electronics Diagnostics: Testing, Calibration and Troubleshooting

  2. Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.

  3. Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.

  4. Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.

  5. Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.

  6. Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviors.

Course & Program Development

  1. Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

  2. Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

  3. Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Assessment                                                  

  1. Conduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.

  2. Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.

Trainee Engagement & Support

  1. Organize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects.

  2. Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.

  3. Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.

  4. Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare within the training environment.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  1. Work as part of a flexible training team, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

  2. Stay updated with industry and pedagogical advancements through continuous professional development and training.

Training & Development

Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications, but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

SALARY AND BENEFITS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

  • Base salary SAR 17,000 per month TAX FREE

  • Housing allowance SAR 4,250 per month TAX FREE

  • Transportation allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

  • Flight allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

Monthly Gross Salary - 22,250 SAR

Additional Benefits:

  • Onboarding flights (if hired from outside KSA)

  • Private healthcare insurance

  • Visa costs covered (if hired from outside KSA)

  • Iqama (Resident Permit) transfer costs will be covered by LCI, if the candidate is inside KSA

  • 30 days Annual Leave per annum

  • End of Service Award upon successfully completing the contract

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electrical systems, ideally within a manufacturing or defense setting.

  • Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Avionics or a related field; or recognized professional certifications in a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

  • Enhanced security clearance will be required.

  • Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in one or more of the following: MRO procedures for aerospace / defense electrical systems, Electrical machine drives and servo systems, High voltage systems testing and integrity analysis, PCB design, fabrication and rework using standards, advanced electronics testing.

  • Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.

  • Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).

  • Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

  • Experience with assessing and internal verification.

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.

  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as:

    • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

    • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner.
