كلية لينكولن الدولية بالرياض تعلن عن حاجتها لمدربي أنظمة ميكانيكية وتصنيع (ذكور وإناث) للعمل في الرياض ابتداءً من منتصف مارس 2025. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تقديم تدريب عالي الجودة في مجالات اختبار المواد (بما في ذلك الطرق الإتلافية وغير الإتلافية)، تحضير الأسطح، التشطيب، معالجة المواد، ضمان الجودة، التصنيع المتقدم بما في ذلك التصنيع الإضافي الصناعي، ودعم المتدربين للتقدم إلى وظائف تخصصية في القطاع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريب نظري وعملي عالي الجودة في مجموعة من الوحدات مثل: اختبار المواد والمعالجة الحرارية، الاختبارات الإتلافية وغير الإتلافية، ضمان الجودة في التصنيع والصيانة، تقنيات التصنيع الإضافي الصناعي (SLM, EBM, DMLS, CFRP)، تقنيات التصنيع المتقدمة (قطع الماء، قطع الليزر، التفجير بالرمل، التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي)، مراقبة العمليات، التصنيع الدقيق، مبادئ DFA/DFM/تحليل السبب الجذري/FMEA.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ دروس وورش عمل وتقييمات عملية تواكب معايير الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تقييم فهم المتدربين النظري والعملي وتقديم تغذية راجعة منظمة لدعم التعلم وتطوير المهارات.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية لجودة التعليم والتعلم من خلال مراجعات الأقران وملاحظات الدروس.
  • إدارة محتوى المقررات ومعدلات النجاح، وتطوير المواد التدريبية بما يتوافق مع التطورات الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير برامج التدريب في الكلية وضمان مواكبتها لأحدث التقنيات وأفضل الممارسات.
  • إجراء التقييمات والتحقق الداخلي والحفاظ على الوثائق وفقاً لسياسات الكلية.
  • ضمان سلامة وأداء وصيانة معدات التدريب والأدوات ومرافق المختبر.
  • تنظيم أنشطة إثرائية مثل الزيارات الميدانية والمحاضرات الضيفة والمشاريع العملية.
  • دعم اختيار وتسجيل المتدربين في برامج الكلية، وتقديم التوجيه والإرشاد المهني.
  • تعزيز تكافؤ الفرص والحماية والرفاهية في بيئة التدريب.
  • العمل ضمن فريق تدريب مرن والتعاون مع الزملاء لتحسين تجربة التعلم، والبقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات الصناعية والتعليمية من خلال التطوير المهني المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شرط أساسي: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال الصناعي في الأنظمة الميكانيكية، اختبار المواد، التصنيع الإضافي الصناعي، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة تصنيع أو دفاعية.
  • شرط أساسي: مؤهل لا يقل عن دبلوم (أو ما يعادله) في تكنولوجيا الميكانيكا، تكنولوجيا التصنيع، تكنولوجيا الإنتاج أو مجال ذي صلة، أو شهادة مهنية معترف بها مثل: Certified Additive Manufacturing Technician، شهادة فني مركبات معتمد (CCT) من ACMA، أو PCN المستوى II أو III / ASNT المستوى II أو III.
  • شرط أساسي: مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على تحفيز وإلهام المتدربين، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى CEFR B1 (يجب على غير الناطقين بها تقديم دليل عبر IELTS أو TOEFL أو STEP أو اختبار مماثل).
  • شرط أساسي: القدرة على اجتياز الفحص الأمني المشدد (تحسين الأمن).
  • شرط أساسي: فهم لوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • شرط مفضل: خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من: تحليل الفشل وتقنيات الميتالوجرافيا، تقنيات NDT المتقدمة (PAUT, TOFD, التصوير المقطعي)، التحقق من العمليات للتصنيع الإضافي الصناعي، تحسين كفاءة العملية في DFA/DFM.
  • شرط مفضل: خبرة سابقة في التدريس أو التدريب في بيئة تقنية أو مهنية.
  • شرط مفضل: مؤهل تدريسي معترف به (مثل Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training أو PGCE أو ما يعادله).
  • شرط مفضل: خبرة في استخدام تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي (VR) والواقع المعزز (AR).

JOB PURPOSE:

 

Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise Mechanical Systems, with a focus on material testing including destructive and non-destructive testing methods, surface preparation, finishing and material processing, quality assurance and quality control and advanced manufacturing processes, including industrial additive manufacturing. The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process. Good competency in English is mandatory. Non-native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam. An offer of employment will be made subject to final approval from the client.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Training & Course Delivery

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:

  1. Material testing, heat treatment and evaluation

  2. Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing

  3. QA / QC in Manufacturing and MRO

  4. Industrial additive manufacturing techniques including SLM, EBM, DMLS and CFRP.

  5. Advanced Manufacturing techniques including Water jet cutting, fiber laser cutting, shot blasting and CNC machining

  6. Process monitoring, Precision manufacturing and DFA / DFM / Root cause analysis / FMEA Principles

  • Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.

  • Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.

  • Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.

  • Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.

  • Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviour.

Course & Program Development

  • Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

  • Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Assessment       

  • Conduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.

  • Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.

Trainee Engagement & Support

  • Organize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects.

  • Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.

  • Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare within the training environment.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Work as part of a flexible training team, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

  • Stay updated with industry and pedagogical advancements through continuous professional development and training.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Essential Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in mechanical systems, material testing, industrial additive manufacturing, ideally within a manufacturing or defense setting.

·         Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example:

§  Certified Additive Manufacturing Technician

§  Certified Composites Technician (CCT) - American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA).

§  PCN Level II, or III (BINDT) / ASNT Level II, or III

·         Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

·         Enhanced security clearance will be required.

·         Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

 

Desirable Requirements

·         Experience in one or more of the following: Failure analysis and metallographic techniques / Advanced NDT techniques (PAUT, TOFD, Computed Tomography) / Process validation for industrial additive manufacturing / DFA / DFM and process efficiency improvements.

·         Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.

·         Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).

·         Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

·         Experience with assessing and internal verification.

·         End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.

·         Industry-recognized certifications, such as:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner.

 

Continues Professional Development

·         Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

  • Base salary SAR 17,000 per month TAX FREE

  • Housing allowance SAR 4,250 per month TAX FREE

  • Transportation allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

  • Flight allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

Monthly Gross Salary - 22,250 SAR

Additional Benefits:

·         Iqama (Resident Permit) transfer costs will be covered by LCI, if the candidate is inside KSA
